Bad Things Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 Congrats to all. Matt Milano, you should have started. Quote

peterpan Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 Granted I don’t follow as closely as I used to, but I don’t even know who Tyler Matakevich and Reid Ferguson are, so I’m shocked my made 3rd alternate. In fact I didn’t even know they had third alternate! Quote

It's actually crazy in those comments there are people walking and breathing air on the planet that don't think Josh belongs? How do these people actually function in society? Seoulofstone Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 Too bad Tua didn’t make it. It would have greatly increased the price of his 5th year. Quote

No offense to Tua or Herbert or whoever, but those are clearly and obviously the top guys. Maybe there's a little bit of a gap between Allen/Mahomes and Burrow, but there's a pretty big gap from Burrow to whoever the fourth-best QB is. 1 Quote
DabillsDaBillsDaBills Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 I don't have any complaints about Mitch Morse's play, but is he really the 2nd best center in the AFC ? Quote
Matt_In_NH Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 TJ Watt misses 9 games and get in....not surprised but its just a popularity thing 1 Quote

Maybe I am missing something, but Gilliam and Oliver do not play the same position. There is not a universe where any one sole would think Oliver is > Chris Jones, Kanas City Chiefs*, Quinnen Williams, New York Jets*, Jeffery Simmons, Tennessee Titans is there? That is literally what you typed but I am confident not what you meant. Oliver is quite fortunate to be considered a 4th - that is generous. He is not sniffing pro-bowl play. Was almost completely absent last game. Again seems like a good dude, but he is a pretty average to below average player. 1 Quote

Anyone who actually watches all of the games could never come away thinking he was a "below average player." IMO, he's clearly an above average player. But yes, he doesn't get enough sacks to be considered among the top-3 who were selected. 1 Quote

How did we draft a 6' undersized player from a mid major over , the guys after. SIMMONS, wilkins, lawrence, burns..... all massive 6 4 from schools like clemson. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_NFL_Draft#Supplemental_draft its a big whiff IMO. drafting 9th overall. you have to get a better player than what oliver is. 1.5 sacks this year. needed a dareus 10 sack performance. not gonna get it im afraid Quote

There’s a reason why defensive ends have more sacks than interior defense of lineman as a whole. and yes, Brian Burns is a great player. We have Groot and spent a Brinks truck full of money on Von Miller, who unfortunately got hurt. 1 Quote
