Latest update on weather: It’s looking like 25 MPH winds, with gusts of 40 MPH. We are going to have to run the ball.

Chicago is the number 1 rush offense in the league and the Bills are 25th in the league in tackling.

Shoot that must mean our run defense ranks poorly.

Hard to tackle in the cold. They are going to have to dig deep and play physical to win.

Right. They moved the game to a dome because of the snow but we're supposed to believe a dome would make no difference

Either you're being intentionally obtuse, or it's not...an act.

We all know it's about team travel and gameday logistics when these games get moved, as the NHL example provided for you on page 28 shows. Football should be played outdoors, on a natural grass field. I guess Arizona was able to tweak that equation enough (indoor venue but with a natural field that mostly lives outside) to provide a workable alternative for their unique set of circumstances. It's almost like football in HOT climates is a better candidate for indoor play, given the danger of rising heat indexes to those gigantic athletes.

it could end up being totally unwatchable. sailing passes, 20-yard punts, missed FGs, etc.

that's football in december, in the elements.

That's pretty extreme wind and not the norm. The passing game can still be effective in the cold weather. However, 25 to 40 MPH winds makes it very very difficult to throw the ball.

Really a bad break for the Bills as the Beats suck at passing and the Bills are very good at it. Vice versa for the run.

I don't seecan easy path to victory.

I disagree. Last year josh was able to pass the ball in the second half. They just didn’t really try it until they needed to. It’ll be tough, but josh can do it

Yeah, Dorsey said they learned from that experience.

Wow...WNY now under a Blizzard warning from 7AM Friday to 7AM Sunday expecting 1-3 feet of snow.

Donn Paul said this is very similar to the Blizzard of 1985 that shut Buffalo down for a week and was named the "six pack storm"

You probably think that you're exaggerating, but the Chiefs have played in perfect weather all year. They have an open air stadium and they haven't even had to play in rain all year. It has never been even windy for them all year.  It's going to be cold but clear with little wind for them on Sunday at home while the Bills play in a hurricane in Chicago just a bit to the east of them. Some a**hat in KC clearly sold their soul for this.

Any yet from all the evidence, MVP voters never take weather conditions into account. Remarkable, isn't it, how Mahomes is able to throw more TDs for a higher percentage in perfect conditions than Allen playing in the worst conditions in the NFL? SOS schedule also a non-factor, so Hurts playing so well with the softest schedule in the league doesn't figure in an iota. The voters are among the most seasoned beat reporters, too; you'd think they'd know better.
