However, regardless of schemes, we still need the players to actually do it. We can draw all the schemes and designs all we want. When the players are not good enough to actually do what we want then all those schemes do not matter. Obviously , but it’s not exactly an elephant in the room. That was my point. They’ll go as far as Josh can take them , just as in the past. Against a top team in a playoff situation that might mean whoever has the ball last wins. 1 Quote

We missed a ton of tackles against the Jets. Coaches are required to teach their players proper tackling techniques. As far as dropping 7 or 8 into coverage, that's a personal strategy that McF will never relinquish. Frazier designs his defense to play really really good gap control and rally. Death by a thousand paper cuts. you can say coaches are responsible for tackling technique, and to a degree they do. But this is the NFL, and players are EXPECTED to tackle. If there is a tackling technique problem, that’s on the position coaches. Frazier isn’t developing that Cmon now. Bills have missed tackles, that’s not a Frazier issue. That’s an execution problem from the players. 1 Quote

McDaniel commented on how they were trying their best to stay ahead of the bills defensive adjustments. He was referring to passing the ball instead of running it. They tried throwing it at key times and late game and they failed. Our scheme and adjustments were working. Your take has zero evidence and couldn't be more incorrect.
