Tie breakers for division in order:

Total Record - Draw at 11-6 for each in that scenario

Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs). - Draw at 1-1 in that scenario

Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division. - Miami wins because they would be 4-2, Buffalo 3-3

 

So Bills need to win one more game, any game

or Miami has to lose a game, any game
