PSUBB86 Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 (edited) I feel like this deserves its own thread, given his importance to the OLine, and offense overall. This is concussion #6. At what point does he hang it up? Could it be… now? I so hope he is healthy, fully cleared, and able to return soon. Edited December 19, 2022 by PSUBB86 2 6 Quote

bmur66 Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 Morse is a key player and much needed. 8 Quote
JMM Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 Very very worrisome. You can see the fall off in the line play, it's like night and day. Plus he's the QB of the line, making protection calls. Team just can't stop getting hurt. 2 Quote
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 I made a thread on his last one that I wish he'd retire for his own sake. Really hope he doesn't end up as a Mike Webster. 2 4 Quote

Realist Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 When he went out, that’s when Buffalo’s offense stalled. He’s extremely valuable to this offense. 6 Quote

Bangarang Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 He’s had lots of concussions in his career. Hope he’s okay 2 1 Quote
Simon Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 He'll do whatever it takes to get back when it really starts counting and then he'll ride off into the sunset as a Bills legend. 6 9 Quote

Real McClappy Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 Get healthy Mitch! Really sucks overall, our O line is soooooooooo bad without him. 2 Quote

Then he was cleared, but a “healthy scratch” for the following game. Opinions varied as to why: did they want to give Feliciano another start, or be cautious with Morse? I don’t think he goes to IR, but you never know. Quote

HaldimandBills Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 Rest up and miss Chicago. 9 days between Bears and Bengals. Thats 16 days total. Hopefully he's healthy by then. This late in the season football is a war of attrition as much as execution. Health is key and the Bills don't have anymore injuries to spare to key players with Hyde and Von already done. Credit to the Chiefs. Outside the year where their oline was torn apart against Tampa in the Superbowl, they've always been a healthy roster. 1 2 Quote
