I don’t think he was acting. Dude took a helmet to the chin. I don’t think that was a penalty because Jefferson went up and Gilmore came in shoulder first. But that probably hurt a ton, and there is a real chance that’s a concussion.

I am always happy to criticize Gilmore but he did nothing wrong.  Jefferson moved and Gilmore was not going for a head shot.  NFL tries to maintain "defenseless receiver" but players are putting themselves in that position catching balls by jumping in air and only way a defender can defend is hit player or if in position hit ball dislodging it.
