Anyone but Van Roten please

I think Boettger is eligible to come back and his deadline to do so is tomorrow I believe.  He was ahead of Bates in the pecking order last year before the injury.  Remains to be seen if he’s healthy enough to play but I have my fingers crossed.

The Bills should get the rights to play all Christmas carols (Frosty, Let it now, etc ) before and during the game.

What’s the plan to replace Bates today? Van Roten? I’m not sure how I feel about that. I feel like Hart has some potential. I almost wish they’d try him at RT and kick Brown inside to replace Bates. Our Oline has been shaky at best. I’d be willing to shake it up a bit to see if we can’t find lightning in a bottle.

That's a thought. Brown has been a liability in pass protection outside. Maybe he'd do better with someone on either side of him. But Quessenberry on the outside isn't much better.

I wonder if its to late to resign Shady for this snow game.  He was a beast the last snow game in Buffalo.

I know he's in town but might be busy.

How dare you talk about Quessenberry like that, he’s a warrior and stuff-even though he played terrible! Maybe it’s time the Bills bring back Feliciano because he has a “mean streak” (aka sucks but he’s a d**k to the other team)

No.  You do not wish to see Bates at T

Edit to add context:  Bates says he can play all 5 positions across the OL, and mentally, I'm sure he can.  But he has relatively short arms which put him at a disadvantage playing OT, and he doesn't have the foot quickness to overcome that handicap.  When he's been put out there, it hasn't been good.
