Has any team gotten a third challenge?

I know the rule says if you succeed with both challenges you get a third.  I was just curious if any team actually got one yet.

I know I've seen a 3rd challenge awarded.  I can't recall ever seeing a team make 3 successful challenges.

1.  New England.  Were probably awarded a few double secret conditional draft picks for the accomplishment. 🤨

2. Third flag can only be thrown with a valid credit card.  Looks like HOUSE is up the scientific creek without the proverbial paddle.
