I do believe the Bills would’ve kept Beasley if he took a pay cut. Oh…. Ok. My bad. Now that we know this is a terrible move can someone forward this to Beane so he can get Stevenson back before it’s too late!! TERRIBLE MOVE BRANDON BEANE!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! Quote

His brief stay with the Bucs didn't make this seem likely. Playing time is earned and apparently he didn't much of it there in his brief stay. 2 weeks on the PS and he "retired" after Tommy bitched at him. Your assumptions may be hasty. Quote

How can it be a terrible move when he hasn’t played a snap yet? See you’re being dramatic. Me saying Beasley looked finished last year doesn’t mean he is. Quote

We need to stop signing a million free agent scrubs and neglecting the position in the early rounds of the draft. Give Beach Chairs some fresh moldable monsters to protect JA and open the holes for our running game. The first 4 draft picks should be OL WR OL WR, in whatever order. 1 1 Quote

He's a tough as nails dude who played pretty well despite nagging painful injuries. He wasn't as as good as the previous years because he was playing hurt. Then he didn't want to take a pay cut. I was annoyed that he couldn't just keep himself off of social media and play football, and that for some reason he couldn't tell the difference between Beeeeze! And Boooo! But I was not hostile towards him for it. bolded SPOT ON with both Brown and Beasley. I think McKenzie gets the "sit this one out" treatment this week or next week 1 Quote

He flew into buffalo this morning. Not sure if he will play this week. Source: I know a family member of his. Id prefer not to say who. Truncation is the term I was looking for, which is why I used it. And substituting "you" with "u" is also truncation ... not an abbreviation. Well .. here in the U.S., anyway. Yet his 82 catches, many for first downs and at critical times in a game, were far more productive & consistent then we've gotten from the slot this season. Beasley's greatest strength is his ability to read zone defenses prior to the snap. Here his relationship with Allen is crucial. His presence on the field immediately increases our chances of converting 3rd and short and extending drives. We're at the point in the season where extending only one or two drives will be the difference between winning and losing a game. IMO those that are hostile to Beasley's signing here are just pissed off that he took an unpopular stand on covid vaccination. How do I come to this conclusion? Because there is no logical football based argument against signing Beasley today. I'm not hostile to the signing. I don't think it made the team worse. I don't think it made the team better either. I think it's about a coin flip chance that he'll be more impactful than John Brown (0 catches on 1 target in 2 games). 1 1 1 Quote

Earlier in the thread someone outlined how, between his and Brown's remaining call ups, we could effectively use both players at one roster spot by alternating call ups. 1 Quote
