Interesting....apparently the Bills once again gave the blueprint on how to defend the Dolphins in Week 3. According to Ben Solak, Bills played the highest percentage of press man coverage the Fins have seen this year in that game.

Maybe we'll finally see Elam play again, since his strength is supposedly man/press.

Well, then there was Ronald Darby.  Couldn't develope him, so he was traded.  Still in the league I think.  So, your argument isn't solid imho.

As a short length, man to man CB, Ronald Darby was simply not the type McD desires at the position. McD prefers longer athletes who can play zone as well as man. Darby just didn’t fit the mold, so McD wasn’t about to waste his time developing a player he didn’t prefer.

That is surprising since both teams are battling for playoff spots. Buffalo may be a small market, but it is a football mad city.

Not surprised, especially with LA, where at one time re-runs of Gilligans Island and Sunday matinee movies had higher ratings on local channels. And the local affiliates who were forced to carry their games and often came in third in the ratings as a result, were none too happy about it.

Bills are wearing color rush this week!

Very much in the minority but I like the all reds.   Given the potential for snow, I think the Reds may help.

Wish they'd stick to the white/white, blue/blue, and red/red.  I absolutely hate the white/blues.

Miss the throwbacks a lot as well.

Hey, as much as I hate the Pats, I'm happy your "kinda" rooting for us. I'm sure you might piss off a lot of your fellow Pats fans. And just so you know, my ex-wife and 2/3 daughters live in Nashua. They are huge Patriots fans and I am enjoying this demise more than ever. My oldest daughter lives in Hawaii and could give two ***** about football, lol.

Pro football isn’t as important to me since my son started playing. I’d rather watch his games than a pro game.. I think that’s just dad pride. That and unlike a lot of my fellow Pats fans I remember the truly horrid days.

Also a Bills victory helps the Pats if they beat Vegas I do believe they move to the 6th seed? and well I like their chances against Baltimore or TN than KC or Buffalo in the playoffs.

Anyone know if Miami flew back home after both West coast games?  Be rough to fly home Monday after the Sunday night game and then fly to Buffalo Friday for Saturday night's game, be even rougher if they did the West coast flight the week before too.

They did!  I was so happy when they flexed us a day early.  i think they got in from the week away at 7AM yesterday.  The 3 road games in a row has been discussed, but I think this is a big factor.  Go on the road to "bond" and fall on your face in back to back games.  Now you got to come back to your family, get things in order, and prepare for the bills.  hoping this really wears on them.

Knock Tua off his rhythm. He doesn't have the ability to throw to players, he can throw to a spot where the play is designed to go. We figured it out in September and would have won if we weren't being microwaved all game. Get Elam out there and let him play nasty against Hill and Waddle.

Browsed the Miami board and i’ve never seen a fanbase dreading a game more than this one. The weather, Tua nursing an ankle and playing poorly the last couple weeks, fans fear for his health since Buffalo demolishes QBs and Tua. Bills revenge, etcx

They are resigned to a beat down.  Hope it turns out that way but i’m sure Miami will show up and play for their lives…like the Jets did.

I would love an uncharacteristic epic beatdown of the fins this Saturday. I only say uncharacteristic because it's been a minute since we had a bigtime blowout victory.  I think I resigned to us winning hard fought battles every week back a couple months ago, simply because our injuries were preventing it from happening, much more so than any other factors.  My how I would love one this weekend, and dare I say, it's more than possible.

Obviously the weather and conditions Saturday night will have alot to say for how both teams perform.  I wonder just how much Beasley will see the field.  Seeing as though we've only signed him to the practice squad, we still have to activate him/sign him to the 53.  But that's a foregone conclusion right?  I HIGHLY doubt he doesn't get activated by game time.  Plus, can you imagine the reception he's gonna get, how pumped up the crowd is gonna be?  This is the kind of signing a team AND a city can get behind and really make some noise....I bet Highmark Stadium will be absolutely ROCKIN come Saturday night...

Seems like everytime I watch Tua and Mahomes too, their receivers often get big yards after catch.  Bills just need to be able to clamp down on them and make the tackles right away.

If Elam doesn’t play this week I don’t really see how he plays again this year. He has the speed and physicality to keep up with Miami’s WR.

Not sure how many times we have to watch Dane Jackson get burned to see something else. I guess the coaches prefer a player getting constantly burned vs a blown coverage leading to a big play/easy score.

I like our chances a lot better this time. Last game we were missing Ed Oliver, Poyer and Morse. Three huge losses. Obviously we may be missing Oliver, but the other two are more important IMO. I think if we have Poyer, we don’t lose last game

I don’t think it’s a matchup thing as to why he isn’t playing.  I think it’s a practice thing. He’s not showing the coaching staff what they want to see in practice. Once he does, he’ll play.
