"Bold prediction: Despite the weather, the Dolphins will win. Tua Tagovailoa has yet to win -- or play well in -- a game where temperatures are under 50 degrees. That all changes Saturday as the Dolphins' laissez-faire attitude toward the snow pays off as Tua throws two touchdowns in a critical division victory. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques"

Well, OK then

I do believe Tua is fired up.  I think he's heard all the talk and I'm sure it's fueled him.  And TBH McDaniel does have the right attitude - you need to just make up your mind that it's not going to matter to you.

But Mind over Matter only works if you have enough Matter.  The Pats won last year because they could run on us to some extent.  They legit had a top-10 run game all season.

The Fins have the #28 run game in the league.  It's not their thing.  But if they come out trying to win on Tua's arm, not sure how that will work for them.

Had a hell of a day today. Paid my CC bills hearing I'm 50 days late on a payment. Get a text at 330pm... "wanna go to the game?"

Fkin with my brain all day my credit score is going to go down. Haven't worked out all week. Feel like trash physically. I Uber to the game so stressed about being able to get to game and back from DT.

Called buddy who is Uber driver. Guaranteed ride back and forth. Check

Looked back at my statement. I am current. This dude that told me I wasn't on the phone was wrong. Check

Getting up at 5am gonna get a weeks work of working out in 5 hours check.

So fking pumped to go to game and be one of the 70k that are coming down on Tua and the Phins.

We are gonna beat the crap out of the Dolphins in front of America and its going to be glorious. Life is good.

Get the F#^k up!!!!!!!!

He’s one of the few that went dolphins…picks are 96% on buffalo according to nflpickwatch which aggregates all the expert picks it knows about

I was honestly a little shocked the picks were that one sided…thought it would be 70/30

Probably don’t want to risk a dumb injury in practice.

Oh god. We keep a core special teamer who is so old he can’t play 18 snaps per week without a day off?

ST hasn’t missed a beat since Kumerow went down and we’ve had to pull two guys out of retirement to play the last 2 weeks.

A lot of this is tongue in cheek, I value core special teams guys. But we did have 4 WR’s on the roster.

I’m sick of wgr talking up the bills - dolphins rivalry. This isn’t the 70s or 90s anymore. The current players don’t care about those teams. It’s getting annoying listening to the usual suspects make it something bigger than it is

Here's a thought.  Too late for the game tomorrow, but one of the biggest issues for the game may be footing with heavy snow falling during the game.  I'm sure the equipment people for the team will look for the best footwear they can for slippery conditions, but there is only so much you can do.  When the Bills know they are going to have slippery conditions for the game, perhaps part of the preparation for the game should include using footwear during practice that doesn't give them great footing.  There's been no snow on the practice field, no way to duplicate the likely poor footing with actual snow and ice, but why not try and get close with their footwear?   Wouldn't the receivers be better off if they have a feel for when they are likely to slide?  If they have a feel for it, then they can better prepare for it.  Likewise, players at just about any position would theoretically be better off if they had developed a feel through practice when they are likely to slide, and how to compensate for it.

McDermott held the practice sessions outside this week.  That's a lot more realistic than the Dolphins could achieve by cranking the AC up.  Still, if McDermott had put his team in footwear that could slide some on the turf, they would have a far better feel for what they can do on the field Saturday evening.

We SHOULD, but the elements have a way of evening out talent disparity... out best chance is that Tua is forced to throw like he was in L.A.

They also have the propensity for mentally defeating some teams before they get on the field. Especially teams from South Florida.

Not sure about this claim.

NFL charters to Buffalo disembark at the General Aviation ramp and go directly to chartered buses.

They shouldn't pass through any TSA station in doing this.

where does this dude live? 2 feet of snow to Buffalo people is like a dollar to a millionaire.

Sal Maiorana is an ancient Italian term roughly translating to “Jerry Sullivan.” Best to be ignored.

I went to Gabriel’s Gate for the first time this past summer.  I wasn’t impressed.  I’d rate flavor of the sauce a 7.5, the size the wing an 8.5 and texture of the wing an 8-  they were “good”, but I wouldn’t go back for their wings if I were in town.

although I would go back for their French Onion Soup.  I’d give that a 9.5.

Wow.  I go to the Gate every time I’m back, specifically for the wings.  Never had the soup though…may give that a try because I’m a big fan of FOS.

Are you suggesting they practice in slippers coated with Crisco? Not a bad idea.

Or just have them practice on rubber mats like Kolb.

Not to mention that the guy posted this at 4:54 PM EST and the Dolphins’ plane didn’t land in Buffalo until just after 5.  So unless Tua went up early without his teammates, the whole thing is obviously BS.
