Wonder if there is a tracker of teams to his occurs for/against (fines that were unpenalized)

Well, Josh is a pretty good ball flicker himself. Did he get fined vs Chiefs? Either way, he can afford it, and it made me chuckle! He can afford $10k to give me a laugh!

And yet he wasn't fined for alligator rolling Bryan Burns' ankle, or kicking Jaquan Brisker in the nuts??? I know it's been said, but sometimes the NFL doesn't seem to get its priorities straight.
