ExiledInIllinois Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 AND it happened on the Ford Field type turf that the Players Union is asking the NFL to immediately rip up and replace. Hope Bills survive the Cincy turf! 1 1 Quote

There was no doubt in my mind he would have made big game changing plays come playoff time. That's what he does! Next man up but it sure doesn't feel great. No one can fill his shoes. 1 5 1 Quote
buffaloboyinATL Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 Damn! That sucks, but Von can still contribute to the team by coaching up the rest of the Defense, and helping them all understand what it takes to win a Championship. 6 1 Quote

Sometimes stuff that isn’t there shows up and stuff that is doesn’t when dealing with X-ray and MRI tech. My guess is they had to go in and look “just to be sure” . From Von’s perspective , he has rings and prioritized his future heath above another. 1 Quote

Have to hope he can give us next year and '24 what we were hoping from him this year. Have to think this might be shutting the door on him playing into the year to year 4-6 part of the deal. 4 Quote
Process Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 Jfc. So the next time we see Von will likely be 2024. He'll be 35 yo coming of an ACL injury and being out of football for a year+. Absolutely brutal. 2 4 Quote

Wondering if it was through the team or of Von's own accord. Have to wonder if it wasnt a full tear and he had the surgery anyways. I mean he was wanting to play against the Jets before he got put on IR. 3 Quote
Mango Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 Not to take the human aspect away from this. But his contact has officially become a problem going forward.... 3 2 1 8 Quote

Only way you can save any money is by trading him Post June 1st. Only way they can realistically save money on the contract is releasing him in 2025. For now we will have a 34 year old pass rusher coming off an ACL. Quote
PauleeeWalnuts Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 (edited) And most of next season too….just effin great. The guy we get to help take down KC will be gone the next time we see them. Edited December 7, 2022 by PaulieYayo 1 1 Quote
