78thealltimegreat
Even though we have much bigger goals with the current season I figured I’d look at a few mock drafts for 2023 and the consensus again seems the Bills should draft a running back in R1. For the first time in forever I think Buffalo is set a RB and we need oline and WR as the top priorities on this team. 2

I don’t agree with it though. I’ve also seen a lot of interior oline and WRs mocked to us in 1. I think most people are recognizing that our future need and current weaknesses lie on the offensive side.

We need much more talent because we are soooo very weak and buried in the standings. Houston could use your help. 1 2 1
scuba guy
The ones that I looked at the other day all showed that we were going dt round 1 and or de round 2. Who knows we don't need a ot and a guard?
LABILLBACKER
This team's #1 weakness is OL. Hopefully someone finally recognizes that and drafts a minimum 3-4 olineman. 5 6
Htt2821
Was thinking about this the other day just cause I love the draft…will have to think first 4 rounds will be a combo of 2 OL, WR, and S. 5 6

Ridgewaycynic2013
Do you suppose the Bills front office will have moved on from Beane by then? 🤔 * 🙄

SCBills
I saw one the other day that had us taking Bijan Robinson at RB in RD1. While a Robinson/Cook backfield would be absolutely absurd.. that seems like a complete luxury pick. O'Cyrus Torrence, the Guard from Florida is another guy I see mocked to us a lot. Absolute mauler in the run game that is also very good in pass pro. Think he would be a home run. Depending on what happens with OBJ, WR would have to be a RD1 or RD2 pick, imo. I do think Poyer will be gone this offseason, so I'd be ok rolling with Hyde/Hamlin, and then an early Day 3 pick at Safety to develop behind Hyde. Yeah tankathon.com has us taking RB Jahmyr Gibbs for over a month now, maybe even two. Must be some kind of obsession. I am hoping for some kind of OL/WR/defense/OL combination early rounds. Your Brown Eye
I would dare say McDermott and Beane have about 19 DB's on their list for the first two rounds 1 1
wppete
It’s clear we need to draft the best available OL. 2

McD can coach DBs up better than anyone and Hamlin looks like he can pair just fine with Hyde once he’s back. This off-season has to be about the offense with the premium picks. 12 minutes ago, SCBills said: I saw one the other day that had us taking Bijan Robinson at RB in RD1. Go get a day 3 safety to develop for when Hyde is gone. We dont need a day 1 or 2 safety. The offense is the priority for once.

Singletary is set to be an UFA after this season, I can see us letting him walk and making Cook the starter and drafting someone to compliment him. I just mentioned in another thread that Chris Rodriguez Jr. could fill that role but he'd be a later no sooner pick. To me our 1st Round need likely LB or S if Edmunds/Poyer leave or maybe even DT.
GunnerBill
Rounds 1 and 2 need to be oline and wide receiver if at all possible. I haven't got started on this class yet but my guess is WR rd1, OL rd2 will be the efficient way to do it. If they then must have their safety in round 3, fine. A round 1 safety would not please me. 6 5
Bleeding Bills Blue
I'd like a backup QB somewhere in the later rounds sort of like what they did with Fromm. The only difference is I'd prefer it to be a guy who's more of a plus athlete. Helps the scout team planning for mobile QBs, and it makes the offense a bit more Allen like if Allen were to miss time. 1
Lost
How many times should a team draft running back after running back expecting results before realizing that perhaps RB isn't the actual problem. If you're team has a great OL, even a practice squad RB can look good. 4

Depending on the class, you could be looking at like 8th WR pick though. I'm still open to BPA (with some limits - no TEs, no S's, no RBs, no QBs etc.)
