Talk about a massive difference of culture and player commitment.

Now to be clear 1 day a week off is mandated by the CBA on a normal week.  3 days off is mandated after a Thursday game long week.

However, it is up to the players to do with that time as they see fit, for the Bills we got players leaving town, for the Bengals, they are showing up to get better.

Culture like this is the difference between winning teams and Championship teams. We got guys hopping on planes to chill, they got guys bucking down in the most important stretch of the season.

Meanwhile, Bills have not played anywhere near their potential since the bye and the Bengals have gotten better going 6-1 in their last 7 despite missing their top offensive weapon, who is now returning.

Bengals pose every much a threat as the Chiefs, this Monday night game week 17 is going to be very telling. Hope the Bills get their stuff together.

This is concerning😅

You mean a Bengals fan site wrote a glowing report on the Bengals?

Spooky!

Sounds like you found yourself a new team to root for.  Good riddance!

The Bengals just didn’t finish 3 road games in 12 days.

The Bengals are about to be a problem. I didn’t get the hype last year, but they’re getting hot at the right time.

I was onboard with what you are saying until you brought the Bills into it. We’ve had a rough go this season with injuries and high expectations. We’re gripping too tight at the moment. We haven’t played fast and loose in a month or more. I’m not sure that being in the facility more is the solution to that. When teams get that way it’s a razor thin line. Taking 2-3 days is the safe route for sure.

Bills haven’t played anywhere near their potential…as they sit atop of the AFC and are getting healthier and ramping things up when they normally do in December.

Thank you, but I’m sleeping very well at night.

Many people have said that the  bengals players are the first ones at the facility and the last ones to leave…

I love that cliche

It didn’t work for Brady

You said it, 3 days off are required by CBA...so what would you prefer the Bills players do? Sit in their houses? Why not go somewhere for a few days? What exactly is your problem?

You really need to give it a rest.

Every team is different just like every person. While one team may need more time on task, another might need rest. Let’s see how the season plays out. Comparison isn't always the most accurate way to determine future successes.

Justin Timberlake What GIF

Seriously bruh?............................ The Bills just played 3 games in 11 days, all on the road, and navigating through one of the largest snow storms on record. The culture is the first thing that changed around here when McDermott and Beane came in. We got rid of all of the lazy, me first bums and started building a winning franchise again. You neglect all of the factors that have led to the stretch we have seen, but a stretch that still finds us 9-3 and the #1 seed currently in the AFC. The injuries to various starters, including our QB who is still on the field week in and week out battling through his. In the words of DC Tom, you're an i....... Yeah, if you've been here long enough, you know the rest.

Bengals looked sharp against KC.  I would certainly pick them to make another deep run into the playoffs this year and could be Buffalo's biggest challenge this season.  I agree with @Mango though.  The Bills, after their stretch of the last few games and mounting injuries need rest more than anything.  I suspect they will spend extra time in the film room for the Dolphins and Cincy games coming up.

As a team that has lost four (4) games, they should be getting in extra practice.

A team that good, but with 4 losses, they got some serious issues to clean up. They get no days off.

On a typical Monday, any given team that played the day before reviews film from yesterday's game.  Players that got banged up get treatment.  The coaches review the next opponents game tape and formulate a game plan by Wednesday which is the first practice of the week.  Giving the team a day off on a Monday is a nice gesture and the players coming in despite given Monday off is also a nice gesture.  In reality, it's no big deal.  McD gives several of his veterans rest days on Wednesdays thru Fridays which are real practice days.  Those are legitimate gestures of looking out for players and giving them time to recover.  Why did you have to ***** on the Bills to make your point regarding the Bengals small and rather insignicant gesture?

Came to say this. It's a horrendous post by OP.

the bills players come into work every single Monday, for film review and treatment. The bengals usually do, but were given it off, but came in anyway for film review and treatment.

@ArtVandalay, read this and think about it for a couple seconds.
