The hammy from chasing after Milano to celebrate his interception, and now basically falling flat on his face, 10 yards short of the QB on an attempted sack. I like him as a player, I LOVE him as an entertainer. Part comedian, part hype man. So you are saying he is hammy. 🤣 1 Quote

frostbitmic Posted December 2, 2022 Posted December 2, 2022 I thought he blew a lung ... A minor shoulder injury is much better, probably doesn't need a new spleen. 1 Quote
ColoradoBills Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 We will all know next week Wednesday. I'm guessing limited to start with, and if it's not bad, full Thursday. Quote
transient Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 Sucks he was injured. Between that play and another a few before it where Jones did the same thing and JP was chasing him, I just assumed he was sick of running so he dove at him so could lie down for a minute. Quote

It does suck, but it was kind of a wreck less attempt Quote
WideNine Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 Phillips. His heart is bigger than his brain. He has a history of hammy issues and I always cringe when seeing him running 30 yards downfield. We are a better defense with him in the rotation. Hope he rests up and heals, but yeah that chase was funny. Quote
ehfeuh57 Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 I am surprised Daquon Jones has been getting more playing time even when J P is healthy. Quote
MiltonWaddams Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 As an admitted non-professional in the medical field, I have done a deep dive analysis on his tumble. It appears that his spleen spontaneously combusted as he was running. Very dangerous stuff. 1 Quote
AlfaBill Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 Just give him a can of corn. He’ll be alright Quote

Here’s this monster 300+ pound guy max effort chasing Mac whose running for his life, only to whiff and hurt himself on the landing. If that doesn’t sum up Buffalos injury luck on the season I don’t know what else does. Hope it’s a quick heal. I remember thinking “I hope he’s just tired and didn’t just hurt himself.” Quote

SoCal Deek Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 Sorry if this has been said and I’m certainly no doctor but it appears what we’re looking at here is a guy who “DIDN’T SURVIVE THE GROUND”. 1 Quote

Jones is one of the best 1 techs in the nfl, where Phillips is more of a 3 tech who can struggle against the run at times. 1 Quote

atlbillsfan1975 Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 I wonder if we are going to see fewer guys on the injury report as we get go through this last 1/3 of the season and into the playoffs. At this point the distinction will be made between being hurt and injured. Quote
zow2 Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 These injured players are put in a sling or walking boot or a cast after the games and then are on the field a week or two later. Sounds like he will be ok. Quote
