Way too many threads so two quick observations.

I seldom pay close attention, but yesterday the pass blocking seemed terrible at times with the strip fumble being one of many whiffs yesterday (and a holding penalty that cost the Bills 7).  Got to clean that up.

And the Bills must have dropped 5 passes minimum last night (Knox, Singletary, Gabe & even Diggs).

See both Davis & Diggs @ 6 drops (though Davis has a 10% drop rate).

Love Diggs, but there have been times I've seen him mistime some leaps and drop catchable balls.  Yesterday a 20 yarder on 3rd down and one that was not talked about enough with 4 minutes to go vs. Minnesota on 3rd down the exact same type of pass that forced a punt and all contributed to the end of that game.

Can't do that when games are on the line and as the playoffs approach.

Oline you can complain about

drops by everyone BUT Diggs you can complain about

diggs? No.

Whoa......  I was just making a point in response to someone else's thread.

Yes only 10 points allowed however ask any NE fan and they are not impressed with NE's offense Mac Jones play (though he played well vs. Minny).

I know I have said it here before, listen to the ultimate Boston homer Bill Simmons (and the Ringer) and they scoff at NE's offense.

BTW they scored 3 points on offense vs. NYJ.

You do you.

We had a back up left tackle on one leg.  If Greg Rosseau went up against a back up tackle with one leg and didn’t beat him consistently…it would be a bad look on Rousseau.

Defense gave up 10 points on the road without their best pass rusher.  NE averages 20 ppg and we held them to 10…but we didn’t get any turnovers or just one sack?  WTF?
You can’t just give them credit….always got to have a little dig somewhere.

Wait! You had a backup left tackle in?? The Pats had the 3rd string aka the guy they just signed off a practice squad playing RT all night last night.  a LT playing with the Flu or some kind of bug and a center who has a severely bad thigh injury..  So I guess it’s a bad look on your D Coordinator.

The Pats Play calling helped your D a lot. For whatever reason instead of staying to the quick passes and moving the ball down the field he went screen happy and made things very difficult. Oh and the for-mentioned O line issues negated the run game pretty much.

Good Lord....someone is actually finding something to complain about with Stefon Diggs after what he's produced last night and all year.  Unreal.

I apologize for looking at the game with a critical eye.  He has dropped 6 passes.  I wouldn't give him up for anything, but should I point out Justin Jefferson (who Minny drafted with the pick) has dropped only 2.

How many points did the Patriots put on the Jets in their first meeting?  Why are you bringing up only one outcome when they played twice?

I know why and everyone on this board knows why too.  But I want to see if you can say it.

It wouldn't of mattered if you had Andy Reid calling plays last night, you're Qb is bad...like very bad

Well no, quite the opposite.  Our DL overwhelmed your OL like they were supposed to do.

Our LT's were overwhelmed as well like what your DE's were supposed to do.

Yeah, drops were frustrating last night, but despite those and the not-so-great pass blocking, we were able to establish a running game against a pretty good defense.  Saw a stat that said NE has held opponents to less than 80 yds rushing in 5 of the last 6 games.  We ran for 132 and only 20 were from Josh. If that's something we can start doing on a consistent basis, that will take a ton of pressure off Josh.

Who gives a ****?

Travis Kelce and Waddle have 6 drops a piece.  Diggs drops are not an issue.

OK, I'll play along....so what?  Should we throw him the ball less? Bench him? trade him? Send him to WR University this summer?

What do you mean by this?

I was looking for a thread (before starting one myself) about the bad lone play (pass blocking) and the drops.  There were none and I wasn't going to root through threads to find comments on them.

Diggs catches more than make up for his few drops.  The drops are more frustrating from the other guys like Davis since they don't have anywhere near the production Diggs does.

The Patriots are at the very top of the league ni pressure.  Wise, Judon, number 55 can all bring it.   Quess was the majority of the problem, he is not good in pass pro but was also injured.  Just win the game, they did, great move on....Dawkins should be back.  To me idea that Quessenbury on one leg is better than Hart or Murray is scary.  Doyle tore his ACL so we lost some tackle depth in week 3.   It's a game of attrition and sometimes you have to figure it out with liabilities and they did.  Great game plan, great execution by Josh and the others to move the ball.

You mean the 22 points & <300 yards offense & 1 TD (and intercepted Wilson 3  times) their first meeting?

Yep an offensive juggernaut.....

There I said it.

He dropped a third down pass, not huge, but yes the thread mentioned drops and Diggs unfortunately did drop one and when we we needed a catch vs. Minny it was another one (the fact that both were very similar is why I brought it up.

Keep obsessing about it though.

Really? He wasn’t last year and this year he has more O talent around him. Sorry but very bad is Wilson, and Young.. he is ok and shown flashes of being very good.

My god you are the biggest cherry picker the world has ever seen.  It's unreal and you wonder why you are so often criticized.  It's you...it's not the several people on here that are always wrong.  It's you.
