If the ground can’t cause a fumble, then the ground shouldn’t cause an incompletion if you have the ball in both hands and get both feet down especially if it wasn’t even bobbled. It moved a little but it never left his grasp. Maybe hard to make that distinction but surviving the ground past the boundary in a crowd of people is tough.

especially when he landed 6 yards out of bounds, AFTER getting both feet down after making the grab for the interception

We are back to not running the ***** ball even though we have had success.
