TFBillsfan Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 (edited) Looking ahead to the stretch run this week alone, KC has added Melvin Gordon RB, Bryan Edwards WR and now Brandon Williams DT to their PS. At the trade deadline they added Kadarius Toney WR who just injured his hamstring. We traded for Hines who is barely visible on offense and just signed John Brown to the PS. Any concerns that Beane isn’t being more aggressive or do you feel the KC signings will have no impact? Right or wrong KC seems to be going all in to stack their roster. Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Braylon Edwards?! Isn’t he the old Michigan receiver? I thought he was like mid-40s by now! 2 1 Quote
SCBills Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Hard to make any judgments about this team re: in-season moves until we see where OBJ signs. 2 Quote
Process Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Toney could be a difference maker if he somehow gets and stays healthy. Others will have zero impact. Quote
eball Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 I’m ready to hand them the AFC Championship trophy. Who’s with me? 1 2 1 25 1 Quote

atlbillsfan1975 Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 I remember liking Edwards when he came out of college. He could not stick on the Falcons, they have nobody at WR besides London. 1 Quote
SoCal Deek Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Looks to me like they are just vacuuming up anyone they can find in hopes that someone sticks. Not a bad strategy, but hardly stacking the roster. 1 Quote

Literally would make them worse if he played. He can't hang onto the ball which is why the broncos (fighting hard to be the worst team in the league with the texans) cut him. The silly panic on here has reached all new highs (lows). 3 1 Quote
BuffaninSarasota Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 And Melvin Gordon, who got whacked due to a fumbling problem. Yes, KC does appear to be just adding bodies/desperate…. 2 Quote
MJS Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Adding a bunch of nobodies and cast-offs. I'm shaking in my boots. 1 Quote

Yes, KC does appear to be just adding bodies/desperate…. Their defense players need practice recovering fumbles. You sign Melvin Gordon for same kind of reason teams sign Nathan P5t5rman. Quote

It was a simple question comparing what a key opponent is doing and hearing from other Bills fans their thoughts. 1 Quote

Yes, I very concerned that Beane isn't being more aggressive, not. What the hell could you expect him to do now that the trade deadline has passed? Settle down. Some of you have gone insane 1 1 1 Quote
JDubya76 Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 And if we wanted to sign Melvin Gordon RB, Bryan Edwards WR and Brandon Williams DT, we can just sign them off their practice squad 1 Quote

We traded for Nyheim Hines and Dean Marlowe. Claimed AJ Klein off of waivers. Signed John Brown to the practice squad. We have OBJ in for a visit. We’re literally doing the exact same things as KC… adding depth where we can find it. Give it a rest. 10 1 3 1 Quote

There’s a reason there wasn’t a bidding war for Toney and that is it 1 Quote
