Michael Bennett was just announced as back and their starter yesterday I believe, before Smith's most recent "out indefinitely" but I suppose they could be considered a team needing a back-up who may start.

i dont think the vikes need anymore RB's...they have michael bennett, moe williams, mewelde moore, and they drafted ciatrick fason, so no travis isnt going there...

They also have Chuck Foreman, Robert Smith, Darrin Nelson, and I think one more.

Bill Brown. 4 time Pro-bowler with 11.1 yds per catch average, too. Not bad for a pudgy fullback.

Michael Bennett is more fragile than a crystal vase.

Mewlde Moore is a great chance of pace type back from what I saw I don't think he can be a full time starter.

I believe they drafted Fiatrick Fason who could turn out to be the guy. However Mike Tice is the most bipolar coach in the league. He can't decide to use one guy and stick with him.

I honestly don't believe the vikings have a "STARTING" quality rb on their roster. They have a stable of good backs but no true #1.

Thanks to Onterio Smith and The Whizzanator I am now forced to remember that Chumbawumba song. "Pissin The Night Away" :)
