Being in jail would suck, Period Humans have to decide now with help from forensic evidence & in todays world with the help of camera's & other technology so if in the end all of the evidence along the way points directly with no emphasis on substantial evidence and the crime is of a horrendous nature such as shooting young innocent children in a school . SORRY but the death penalty is what is needed & if by doing so quickly there is one twisted human being that stops because of it then it is worth it in every sense of the word being weak in taking a stance on something like this is just that weak !! Weather it is in words or actions !!

Says the man that uses time out as his main form of discipline . The punishment should fit the crime .

I’m against the death penalty, but only insofar as it’s uncorrectable when someone is wrongly accused. 1

Life in prison /no parole is no guarantee imo. Lemuel Smith comes to mind. And while I get that a while lot more lifers don’t end up killing prison guards, I think the propensity of those types of people continuing to victimize is pretty well established. Death kills.
