I'm think the Bills should find a way to pay him if he's willing to take a shorter term. Vets are good to have, right now the Bills really miss Beasley on offence. He was a player Josh built trust with and always seem to find holes in the defence. I would not mind seeing if he would be interested in finishing up the year. McKENZIE is a mistake waiting to happen and Davis seems to have too many drops. 3 Quote

Bottom line is dude is a difference maker in the secondary, and we are far worse without him. I know one person doesn't singlehandedly win or lose you games, but what is it now, 6-0 when he plays?? 2 Quote
wppete Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Poyer is a stud no doubt. But giving the MVP to Milano 🇮🇹 1 Quote

Not a chance Johnson, Lewis, or Marlowe make that play. Guy was all over the place, it was great to see 38 minutes ago, PromoTheRobot said: What an impact Po' had today. Dr.Sack Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Poyer makes our secondary way better but Jackson, Benford struggled at points. Quote
thenorthremembers Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Not only a hell of a player but an absolute dog. Not many guys with Randy Marsh Wheelbarrell nuts on this team right now but Poyer is one of them. Glad he feels ready to play. Quote
Doc Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Was glad to see Njoku decided to jump over him instead of plowing him over. Probably saved him from injury. Quote
Chaos Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 It pains me to say this. We need Edmunds back. 1 Quote

Bills undefeated with Poyer back there with 3 losses without him. Not saying Milano isn’t great, but Po saved some series today and does so every game. 1 Quote
Herc11 Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 I think this season has revealed how much of an impact both Power and Edmunds make on this defense. We need them both resigned. 4 Quote

Not sure why you are so certain he won’t play? It’s any week now. If he wasn't ready to go on that turf today, I very much doubt he's ready to go on that turf 4 days from now. I'd expect him back for the first of those three straight games against the AFC East, the second of them at the latest. 1 2 Quote

Airseven Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 (edited) Poyer kept the Bills in the game early. I was opposed to extending him. Still am. But this guy is earning his keep and I’ll disagree - but won’t cry - if they pay him. Edited November 21, 2022 by Airseven 1 Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Poyer and Milano are studs. I really miss Hyde and honestly don't miss Tre much at all. It's the safeties that have made this defense great. Bills might have no choice but to find a way to pay Poyer. It's risky because he is on the wrong side of 30 and already getting banged up this season. But I want to see Hyde and Poyer covering the back end again next season. 59 minutes ago, Simon said: If he wasn't ready to go on that turf today, I very much doubt he's ready to go on that turf 4 days from now. But he could come back for the @ New England game. 1 Quote
