In the years ahead, I think the Jets will be a bigger threat in terms of winning the division.

 

Not this year. They're not there yet. They have a 1-game advantage over NE now, but the teams are very similar in terms of talent level, and Belichick is such a differentiator.  I'm all in on the Jets tomorrow.

The Jets are a better team / bigger threat, and of course ahead of Bills w tiebreaker.  So logic says root for NE, but I can’t root for those cheating M’fers and their awful fanbase.

Don't think of it as rooting for NE. Think of it as rooting against the Jets who, as you said, are a bigger threat to the Bills. (Therefore, you're rooting for the Bills.)

I agree, but there are people here who have straight up stated they will not pull for the Patriots.

Pats as we haven't lost to them so any time the Jets lose and we can have a better record than them is a good thing.

I'm hoping for a close and very sloppy game where neither team looks like they want to win.  The outcome doesn't really matter too much.
