He was cut by the bears from what I read. Not sure we'd want to pick up a guy who can't even stay on the bears putrid defense

Apparently Beane wanted to tie up $3 MM per year in two different special team specialists.  Neal and Matakevich.  Really is a head scratcher for a contending team.

Weird.  The bears just traded for him from Baltimore 2 weeks ago in the move that sent Roquan Smith to Bmore and a pick with Klein to Chicago.

 

Does this mean the Ravens sign him back?
