Minnesota had only one time out left all they had to do was run the ball  get a first down eat up the time on the clock walk off the field with a win, instead three pass plays two of which were incomplete stopping the clock and one penalty.

They needed a couple first downs but that’s besides the point.  It’s easy to point fingers after the fact.  They couldn’t run the ball in the second half at all.

Agree that they needed to eat some clock, but I don't have a problem with the pass on 1st down.  It was a check down, very reliable short completion (which was, in fact, completed).  Then there was a false start that penalty that effed everything up.  Facing a 2nd and 13, they weren't confident that they could pick up the 1st down running the ball.

I agree with the idea that they should have run clock , but just like almost every other questionable coaching move, it can be counter with player mistakes. In this case, Diggs dropped a 3rd down pass that would’ve been a huge first down.

I think that the unwillingness or inability to grind out the clock is a strong indication that the coaches don't trust the offencive line.

Thank you they are depending WAY TO MUCH on the passing game i don't care that you do have Josh Allen under center you have 4 good RB's line up & play some old school football once in a while especially when it's needed !! 

 

 

I'm not sure who doesn't have the faith in the running game but they need to get over it & utilize what they have at hand even if it means having 2 or more RB's on the field at the same time for some kind of uncertainty in the opponents mind !!

I thought the Bills ran the ball rather effectively, and not nearly enough, to the outside. They can’t run between the tackles to save their lives.
