Steptide Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Wonder why they elevated Duke Johnson? Lots of running tomorrow? Hope not Quote
TheWei44 Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 First offensive play tomorrow: Play-action bomb to Diggs or Davis?! Maybe not though . . . Quote
UKBillFan Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Part of me is hoping we're not rushing Josh back too soon but a fully fit player can be ruled out by just one play. We need him to return to pre-bye Josh; hopefully the playcalling will help in that regard. 1 Quote
gjv Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 I would think if they are letting him play, Allen’s elbow is 100% healthy. Don’t want to see his elbow in ice after the game. Quote
Shake_My_Head Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Told ya. Once he shaved that stache he was good to go. 1 Quote
Dr. K Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 Start Keenum. Play Allen only if you have to. 4 1 1 Quote

They may have a different type of gameplan even with Josh in there if they want to limit the wear and tear for a couple weeks. Quote

JMM Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 I'm hoping that this will help Josh go back to playing within himself as he did to begin the year. Get rid of the ball quickly, hit your outlets. Only run if you have to. Whether he will or not, hard to say. He's such a warrior. 1 Quote

So Josh isn’t healthy enough to start but could be one play away from playing? If he’s healthy enough to be active, he’s starting. 1 2 1 1 Quote

And if he's fit to play every offensive series, why wouldn't we play him? Part of me does think a week off may have been the better choice in the long run, but we're doing it so fingers crossed. Steptide Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 The more I think about this, the more I think Allen must be 99 or 100%. No way the bills leave Barkley on the ps if Allen isn't full strength Quote

No offense, but maybe you are basing this off what people who haven’t actually examined Allen’s elbow have said? Because no one inside the Bills organisation has said it’s a sprain or a long term injury. Allen himself said he was fine after the loss last week. And the Bills have Barkley sitting right there… they could have him back up Keenum. Edited November 12, 2022 by Wayne Cubed Quote
