Not mid season but after this year especially if the Bills under perform. Coach McD is good but sometimes a change is needed. Same goes with Fraizer. The Bills seem to be unable to get over the hump. I'm thinking someone like Sean Payton. I know it's a premature discussion. Gregg Williams still available? 2 Quote

Gonna be a long slog now unless they get lucky with a QB in the draft. 1 Quote
ddaryl Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 Reich is a class act, he won't be without a job for long..... I'm thinking he will be a top HC candidate for next season 1 Quote

GunnerBill Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 Surprised it happened mid-season. But it is the right decision. 1 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 benching Matt Ryan was a dumb move. Matty Ice was like 3rd or 4th in the league in passing yards when he went to the bench, and I was told (Brady) that passing yards=playing at a high level. Sad for Reich, but the Colts are just a mess 1 Quote

Chandler#81 Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 Chin up, Frank. We gotcher back! You’ll be employed again soon! McAfee on the dismissal Quote

HACKet is only lasting longer because they JUST signed him, if this was his 3rd year, he’d be gone too. Dorsey may still get looks this off-season, we’ll see what the rest of the year looks like. Charles Romes Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 He was coach of the year imo in 2021 through week 15 having restored wentz off the scrap heap. Did the best anyone could ask for in qb purgatory. Quote

Brianmoorman4jesus Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 Maybe we could bring him in as some sort of offensive assistant to help get Dorsey dialed in on some adjustments. Colts offense was well designed. The QB was just completely washed up and horrendous 1 Quote

It was pretty well established that ownership mandated that Ryan doesn't play again (I think they're on the hook for his contract next year if he were to be injured) and they wanted to see if Ehlinger is worth giving a shot Quote
Nextmanup Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 I know it hasn't gone well in Indy, but this still kind of surprises me, especially the timing. He'll find jobs forever in this league, but maybe not a HC gig. Quote

Are we sure that Irsay didn't hire Russ Brandon as his CEO? Quote
