We lost to two 6-3 football teams on the road in one possession games. We are not getting routed by the Texans here. The season is long and we still have 9 more games to go. Steve Young said it best we are still a week to week league and now these guys will have to stew for 6 days hearing how they are overrated and been exposed. We all know how good this team is and the only way they fix it is taking it out on a pretty beatable 7-1 Vikings team. The caller must not have been Stanley from Sloan. Quote
Scott7975 Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 Im not worried about losing a couple games. All teams lose bad games most years. I am worried about Josh Allens injury though. Quote

Da webster guy Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 13-3 will get us everything we need. we drop one more game along the way no problem. Bengals MNF last game of the year, hopefully we dont need it, would be nice to have a rest week there and a bye week for playoffs Quote

Nihilarian Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 Funny thing...last season the Bills were beaten by the worst team in the NFL the last few seasons ( 2-6 Jacksonville Jaguars 6-9) and we didn't see as much outcry as we have seen losing to the 5-3 NY Jets. Let's face it, the Bills were 11.5 favorites over the Jets and were supposed to blow them out!! Jets QB Zach Wilson had a horrific game a week previous against the NE Patriots who has a top 10 defense. Yet, Buffalo who fielded a top 5 defense couldn't stop the Jets when it counted. What Bills fans don't see is that inflexible Buffalo defensive scheme that refuses to change from a Nickle defense...so opposing teams will utilize that same flaw against them...again, and again. Those 13 seconds, Buffalo went into a prevent defense afraid of that big play and it bit them in the ass. The Bills have the personnel to switch things up to stop the run and don't... On the other side of the ball the Bills fall in love with the big play and refuse to see when the QB is under so much pressure that he can't run the designed plays. No plan B? Utilize the run game more, sweeps, end arounds while making that defense run sideline to sideline to wear them out. When the QB is having an off day, switch things up. JMO 1 1 Quote
Man with No Name Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 losing to the jets is not okay. i don't care if they are decent. we are supposed to be the best team in the nfl. that means we look to go 15-2. not 11-6 or 12-5. teams looking to have home field advantage can't lose those games. are we looking to be really good, or are we looking to be great? I’m not saying blow it up I’m just saying we need an elite back to take pressure off of Josh. Quote

It's not looking great. On top of that miami looks a lot better that the bills unfortunately. Edited November 10, 2022 by Albwan Quote
