To many injuries in the secondary.  D-line has to provide support, making it harder to pass rush or stuff the line.

so you’re saying go 4-3 then. Who is the linebacker personnel? Given what they had available today. I saw a lot of D linemen getting to the back and missing the tackle. Not sure how scheme really folds into this.

I agree about J. Johnson looking like a liability, but Edmunds was literally all over the field once again today.

Idk what you are saying. I want Milano and Dodson on the field. I don’t think that would kill us at all. Our defense has been fine when Edmunds is out. I think Dodson is better then Edmunds

Well, I feel the Jets running was not having much success. Until that last drive, then they could do it at will, and it was obvious that wanted to do it too.

The game is about Josh Allen being bad.  Teams running the ball like that is not a sustainable way to win games.  This team shouldn’t lose games only giving up 20 points.

The bend but don't break defense works if your offense doesn't throw a red zone int and let your opponent establish their game plan. The defense is designed to beat teams like we did the titans. Offense scores and goes up early forcing teams to abandon the run, and make qbs like wilson/ tannehill beat you with his arm. Bend but don't break defenses aren't meant for ground and pound with a low scoring offense. Not to mention an int that gave the jets excellent feild position, and gave our defense no rest.

Tremaine Edmunds may be one of my least favorite Bills of all time.  That said, you should be scoring more than 20 points when you have a top 5 player in the entire league running your offense.  A lot more worried about the offense right now.

It’s got to be game plan specific.

 

Ideally you want Taron in there, but when you’re Constantly getting gashed by the run in a nickel package against 2 tight end sets , it’s time to make adjustments.
