This is a crucial moment for the Bills.

They have got to see Allen putting it on the line here and rise up and get this win.

This could really propel this team forward this season.

I think he’s only playing because they likely determined he wasn’t really putting anything on the line future injury wise lol that is a nice sentiment though and got me fired up for the game though ngl

Anyone who sprains their elbow, then immediately after, chucks the ball 70 yards is not human.

Elevating Duke prolly just means they are gonna run a lot more.

And that 70-yard pass was apparently the longest over the past 6 seasons!!

See now, this is where I believe others in the thread. The Bills have never said he sprained his elbow. Twitter and Internet doctors have.

It could just be a nerve issue and not be a sprain at all.

And, even if a grade I sprain, I don’t think you chance it and have him active.

I thought it was 50/50 he’d play but all the signs said it wasn’t serious;

1. 69.6 yd pass 2 plays later, longest thrown in nfl since 2016

2. Digg’s “rejoice” tweet

3. limited practice Friday

4. Forecast went from heavy rain to “it may not rain.”

the way he was shaking it seemed like it numbed out on him (nerve) - once that settled down snd he could grip the ball better he was declared ready to go

if the o-line doesn’t keep the pocket clean this week - shame on them

This.  This is what I've said to all the online docs chiming in.  How do they know what it is.  It's likely ulner nerve as was speculated early on.

That’s what I think too.

If there was a detectable laceration to the ligament, I just don’t see the Bills chancing that knowing the severity of a rupture.

You’re really getting into the weeds of percentage torn and stuff like that.

This is the momentum I wanted going into the Sunday Nighter against Green Bay.

Where the team just hung 50 points on them. Sorry Green Bay, we’re not pulling up.

That didn’t happen, but Allen pulling through this?

#17 running out of the tunnel?

Lets go!

McDermott did a great job keeping everyone including vikes guessing.

Other thing was the reporters calling out he wasn't there when they were but then there were picture of him leaving practice.  McDermott wanted everyone including vikings guessing.

Yeah…why is that? Going to work too much for him? I live in Florida and just in the last few years realized I could listen to WGR and I wondered why he seems to be able to work from home? Are there health issues? Or what is it?
