Expand It's completely understandable that the premiere law enforcement agency in the world can't nab a suspect caught on video multiple times wandering the streets of the most surveilled city in the world.

You have to be of Roundy level IQ to believe that the FBI was simply flummoxed by a suspect who was caught on camera at the scene and on the get away route. 1
