BillsFan619 Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 There’s two things that stand out to me on why I’m looking at our defense. First, in the last six games against the Jets they haven’t scored over 17 points per game. I realize that trends don’t always have to mean anything for the upcoming game but I see that trend continuing. Also, Zach Wilson is completing only 19% of his passes (yeah, you read that right) when facing pressure. We are one of the leagues best when it comes to getting pressure. If our d-line can get consistent pressure, I really think it’s game over, especially with how potent our offense typically is. I also think it will be important for a D line to have a game since Poyer is going to be out. They can help us on the back end by getting consistent pressure on the front end. I’m going with Groot. Look for him to be a disruptive force that rattles Wilson with pressures and sacks throughout the game. Hopefully we can make that 19% average against pressure even lower. Who ya got? Go Bills! Quote

Logic Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 This feels like a Gabe Davis game to me. I presume Sauce Gardner will be on Diggs. He'll get his production to some degree, I'm sure, but maybe not to the degree that he usually does. I like #13 to have a big day. 3 Quote
Greg S Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Offense - Knox. Sauce and Reed against Diggs and Davis will be fun to watch. Defense - Von. Our front 4 needs to pressure Wilson given the secondary is banged up. Quote
Patrick Duffy Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Offense- Davis since Alexander is not in his head Defense- Edmunds will be the guy this time Quote

frostbitmic Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Zach Wilson have the biggest impact FOR the Bills. 3 1 2 Quote
LyndonvilleBill Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Offense - My new Main Man, Shakir. He Can focus on being a WR with Hines fielding punts. Defense- Oliver. I think he is going to really go off this game.🤠 1 Quote
smuvtalker Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Offense - James Cook Defense - Groot 1 Quote
Utah John Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Edmunds or Milano, depending on whether they each play after being banged up. I think our D line will terrorize Wilson, and he'll be unable to avoid mistakes in the middle of the field. The LBs will feast. Quote
Freddie's Dead Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Stefon "Cannn Youuuu" Diggs "It" - Sauce will be going to school, and Diggs gonna take his lunch money and leave him cryin'. "Big" Ed Oliver - Pressure up the middle gonna make a long day for Willllsssssonnnnn!!! (gonna float away from the field and Saleh won't let go of the raft to bring him back). 1 Quote
hondo in seattle Posted November 4, 2022 Posted November 4, 2022 Von... for the reason the OP gave. Zach plays poorly and makes mistakes when under pressure. 1 Quote

They play a lot of zone, so Gardner won't necessarily be on Diggs all the time. DJ Reeds numbers are just as comparable to Gardner 1 Quote
