You can tell the guys genuinely get along well and there's a lot of camaraderie out there.

I think this is  huge part of what makes him a great leader. He takes the time to make sure everyone on that team has a connection with him. Poor leaders lead from the front, great leaders make sure they connect

I mean it's impressive that he remembers that many handshakes accurately, but I don't know if he'll ever be precise, so to speak.

Memorizing an nfl Playbook as a quarterback is in the hundreds and hundreds of pages… Not to mention all the audibles and protections

 

It’s definitely doable if you spend a lot of time with the dudes.. And Josh is all about camaraderie
