So maybe a fresh start being reunited with Daboll will help him realize whatever potential he may have. Either way he wasn't going to see the field here again this year and hasn't been able to show much anyway because injury issues that have plagued him thus far. Yeah...saw the writing on the wall with their injury depleted WR corp and trading Toney. Hopefully he plays well for them, he has worked hard. Quote

Agreed for he gets paid for games rather than as a PS player. 3 minutes ago, Back2Buff said: Really stinks because he was one of the most well liked players on and off the field. His whole family was great here and he was really close to other players. So you are saying the Bills should have signed him to front office as assistant to player liason? Quote

Freddie's Dead Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 All the best to Isaiah Hodgins. Played well in limited action, just not well enough to crack the top 5-6. 8 minutes ago, WMDman said: good for him, Did Bryant get claimed? Wikipedia still lists him as a FA. Quote
Draconator Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 (edited) Hodgins needed an opportunity. Hope he finds it with the Giants. But he has Jones as his QB, so I'm not holding out that much hope. Edited November 2, 2022 by Draconator Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 Now when he scores his first touchdown, this board… 3 Quote
hemma Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 I’ve been a fan since day 1. I hope he gets many chances to show off those hands. Congrats Isaiah! 1 Quote
WotAGuy Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 Hopefully the Bills will bring him back for a 7th in a year or two. Always thought he had potential. 1 Quote

He's been a good teammate and a hard worker by all accounts, so hopefully he makes good and the Giants keep him on the roster past the required 3 games. I think he's got a real chance against Richie James and David Sills. 32 minutes ago, Aussie Joe said: I thought you said he was "likely back to PS"... I think there was an unspoken caveat there "if he clears waivers" Edited November 2, 2022 by Beck Water Quote
HOUSE Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 A brilliant move by Daboll, the name seemed formilure so he grabbed him Quote
HardyBoy Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 I was one of the people who was very unhappy when he was cut out of camp. He wasn't going to get a shot here to show his skills. 1 Quote
947 Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 The biggest issue the Giants have been having with WRs is understanding the playbook, with the option routes & nuances. They had reduced Kadarius Toney to WR6 coming into the season because he just couldn't get it. Hodgins already knows Daboll's playbook, don't be surprised to see him get an immediate opportunity to play. 4 Quote
Airseven Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 Somehow, someway this guy will make it back to Bills camp next summer. Quote

David Sills was signed by Bills as UDFA in 2019 and cut at end of training camp. Quote
Buffalo Junction Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 I’m actually a bit surprised it took this long for the Giants to grab him off waivers/PS. Best of luck to him. 1 Quote
