LeGOATski Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 Just now, Big Turk said: LMAO!!!!! It's Zach Moss and a conditional 6th that can go to a 5th.... Beane simply called all 31 teams and left a pre-recorded voicemail: "Hi, this is Brandon Beane with the Buffalo Bills. Are there any players you'd be willing to move for Zack Moss and a late round draft pick? If so, please call me back between the hours of 9am and 5pm on Monday through Friday. Thank you." 1 8 1 Quote

Why didn't they get McCaffrey, Davante Adams, Quinton Nelson, Derwin James, and uh...Jerry Rice?!? This is the poop of the bull and now I are so mad my whole day is kaputs. Thanks jerks! Or at least Hines Ward. C’mon, Brandon, he’s available! Quote

I agree it’s problematic Beane used a 2nd round pick and yet was still stuck in the RB market. McKissic continues to reverberate. In what way? His 2 yards per carry this year or his his 7.5 yards per catch, which is less than half of what Cook averages. 1 Quote
Buffalo_Stampede Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 So I guess Cook didn’t pick up the playbook fast enough or something. They obviously want a receiving RB. Tried for McKissic, Edmonds, used a 2nd and now traded Moss and a 6th. Im interested to see what they have planned. 2 Quote
L Ron Burgundy Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 So many people posting who clearly don't comprehend what a receiving rb is. Why post if you don't know the player? 2 Quote

SCBills Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 (edited) I think James Cook can become a stud, but if you’re telling me I can do a player for player swap of Moss for Hines by throwing in a late round pick…. I’m doing it every time. This trade is hilariously lopsided and I wouldn’t be surprised to see next years backfield be Hines/Cook with Singletary as odd man out and a restructured contract for Hines. 2020 Our Year For Sure Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 I like it. A good pass catcher with some explosiveness is a good complement to Singletary. Cook can keep working on his pass protection, bulk up in the offseason and try again next year. The priority is winning the championship, not proving some point about the 2nd round pick. 4 1 2 Quote

streetkings01 Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 Since 2018 he’s 5th amongst active RB’s in receiving yards …….plus he’s a returner. Good move……gives us depth plus more speed at the RB position. 5 Quote

Kind of unfair to give him 2 yards a carry on an avg of 2.5 attempts a game too... Rest of career 3.7 to 4.9 ypc. https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/stats/_/id/3916430/nyheim-hines It is odd though with Cooks. Maybe they just want someone more experienced filling this role for Dorseys offense. After the game Cook played Sunday night? Cook's averages per carry and catch are more than twice of Hines. 1 1 Quote

Moss wasn't going to be able to do it here and needed a change of scenery but he's going to catch on either with the Colts or elsewhere. He's a good player Him and Christian Wade are gonna light the league on fire. Just you wait. Moss is bad. He's going to stay bad. 1 Quote
