More than his share of tragedy. Prayers up. Just now, MAJBobby said: Yeah that family has dealt with some tragedy. Didnt Mike also battle some health things a couple years ago? He has had severe eye issues. This was a blurb from 4 years ago.. Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer has endured eight surgeries on his damaged right eye over the last two years. While the surgeries have allowed him to keep his eye after a detached retina cause a number of problems, the reality of the situation is that his eyesight won't improve any further. 1 Quote
NoSaint Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 The bengals offense seemed out of sorts last night. I wonder when this happened. Quote

I sympathize with Mike Zimmer. I barely can see out of right eye since born with no possibility of recovery. Quote

It feels like every couple of weeks it is a friends brother, or a guy I went to high school with, or a co-worker, or their partner. It is really wild. 1 1 Quote
HomeskillitMoorman Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 I don't have kids and I was a foster child that was bounced around growing up so I don't know first-hand what that bond is like between a child and parent...but I can't imagine having to bury your child no matter what age they are. I imagine that's gotta be like the hardest thing for a human to endure. Quote
DaggersEOD Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 (edited) Terrible terrible waste. I wish hus family nothing but peace and comfort in an impossible situation. Edited November 1, 2022 by DaggersEOD Felt the link was inappropriate so I removed it. Quote

My mom passed away when I was in 9th grade, I still can remember my Grandmother saying no parent should ever out live any of their children. Just devastating. 1 Quote
Chicken Boo Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 That family has been going through it. Godspeed to him and condolences to his and the Bengal family. Good lord...😔 Quote
