Please point to where, in that article, any GOP member called for the elimination of SS and Medicare. FTA: Republican Study Committee Chairman Jim Jordan said yesterday the plan “basically mirrors the budget proposal that the House passed this year.” That would be the same Republican budget proposal that ends the Medicare guarantee and more than doubles heath care costs for seniors, all while preserving tax breaks for the wealthy. That’s House Republicans’ official twitter mouthpiece telling its 1.3 million followers to read that Republicans believe they have not only the opportunity but the responsibility to start slashing the Social Security and Medicare that seniors rely upon: “we must begin addressing the real debt drivers – mandatory spending programs…” 158 out of 212 House Republicans, including top GOP leadership Members Whip Scalise and Chair Stefanik, have called for slashing and privatizing Social Security, raising the retirement age to 70 and ending Medicare as we know it as part of the Republican Study Committee FY2023 budget. At least be proud of your party. Stop playing word games. 2 minutes ago, Chef Jim said: Bloomberg is information. Those saying that members of the GOP are calling for the elimination of SS and Medicare are playing the lying/disinformation game to get votes. I hope voters on the left aren't that gullible but there are a lot of gullible people on both sides our there. Sort of like when they said abortion would be a state issue and you all said that was disinformation that they would go after it at a federal level? Some Republicans were stunned by the bill — or at least its timing — saying it puts the party in a difficult situation going into the midterms, Burgess Everett, Marianne Levine and Sarah Ferris report. Graham’s bill is stricter than his earlier proposals, which limited abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy and was a shift from his earlier argument that the decision should be left to the states. Some Republican members think voters still see it that way, opting for states to keep control. At least it stunned some in the GOP.

And you tell me to stop playing word games when it's people like @BillStime and President Biden that are playing word games. Turning words like cutting, reducing, slashing into words like "eliminating" and "taking away". No one is talking about eliminating SS and Medicare except the fearmongers who appear to be scared shitless regarding the midterms. 1 1

Therefore one is left to wonder about the timeline. How much critical time was missed between this nutjob breaking in and the 911 call? The footage must be with the 14,000 hours of J6 footage... 5 hours ago, Sundancer said: You bought into a stupid rumor and spread it gleefully. Check yourself. I used to read Drudge for a long time but 3-4 years ago it became unreadable. Guess we have to include Apple News and Twitter these days. I think that covers it. And of course, PPP 1

I will say, in addition to Bloomberg, the NYTimes is essentially becoming unreadable now as well. The WSJ will call it when, say, Trump is saying or doing something dumb. The NYTimes is such mouth-piece that you have to challenge even "facts" they're spewing on their pages.

The President of the United States just went on national television and vilified millions of supporters of his political rival by associating them with the actions of some crazed, drugged out nutcase. All apparently with no knowledge of any connection whatsoever. Unbelievable. Where’s Adam Schiff when we need him? Ukraine phone call, my arse! 1

There’s no denying that Trump said some pretty aggressive stuff for sure but it was always directed at the people in power from the swamp to the media. Biden is directly targeting the voters. Unbelievable! 1
