co_springs_billsfan Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Chiefs lose draft picks to bring in a bust? This reeks of desperation. Sign me up! 2 Quote

Big Turk Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Great talent but hasn't been able to stay on the field... constantly injured Quote
FilthyBeast Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 4D chess by Daboll and Schoen to screw the Bills! In all seriousness though, this is a very questionable move by KC giving up that much for a guy who some have already wrote off as a bust (including the aforementioned new Giants regime obviously). gobills404 Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Chiefs are already leading the league in yards after the catch for the 2nd year in a row. How much help does YACtrick Mahomes need? 1 3 Quote
DollaBills Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I dont understand why they keep focusing on their recievers. Their D is pretty soft 5 Quote
SCBills Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 (edited) That's legitimate compensation being sent out by the Chiefs for Toney. Does this foretell anything in regards to OBJ's mindset? I've always thought the Chiefs and Rams were the main competition for him. Maybe Ravens, but he'd be a fool to go there on a prove-it deal. I liked Toney coming out of Florida, but he's been a highlight here or there followed by no production and injuries. Edited October 27, 2022 by SCBills Quote
Bangarang Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 (edited) Toney has loads of talent and can certainly change games. Chiefs get him in year 2 of his rookie deal which is significant for them. Tyreek lite basically if things go well. Edited October 27, 2022 by Bangarang 7 1 2 1 Quote

thenorthremembers Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Personally think its a good pick up. You get a very talented 1st round pick from a year ago, for at least 2 1/2 more years on a rookie deal. The guy may be mindless, but he can play football. Its a low risk high reward trade for them. 3 Quote

Let’s see, if GB gets smoked this week and the following weeks they also will be out on OBJ. TB is a disaster right now so I think they are out also. Quote
Big Blitz Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I guess we weren’t interested Essentially a 3rd RD pick for a former 1st RD just over a year ago. And it will be a high 3rd RD pick somewhere in the high 80s - 90s. Quote
Logic Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 For those saying Toney is a bust... He has not failed to produce for TALENT reasons. Health and attitude are major question marks, but he is extremely physically talented. He reminds me of Percy Harvin in his prime. IF he can stay healthy and learn the playbook, he'll be a playmaker for them. Big "if", though. 1 4 Quote

I mean Tampa Bay could trip hit their head on a rock roll down a hill and still end up in the playoffs. Edited October 27, 2022 by Warcodered 2 Quote

So you think Schoen and Daboll would pull the wool over Beane and McDermott about a headcase football player after they helped them get the jobs their in currently? If the Bills inquired I'm sure they would have told the Bills the truth about the player. 1 4 Quote
BillsShredder83 Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 F#$^!!!! The dude is going to be a problem. He's got a crap attitude but he's as close to tyreek as anyone who's come out the last few years. Wasting my air but would've loved this move for us 1 Quote
UmbrellaMan Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Not a lot to give up for someone with elite talent. I’m annoyed Schoen agreed to that trade. The Giants got fleeced. 1 Quote
