I definitely want the Jets.  If the Jets loose, it will make a difference in their record but no other real difference for their franchise.  However, if the Pats lose, particularly if they get crushed like they did against the Bears, then there are going to be a lot of questions about their quarterbacks and their coach.  I could see this putting the franchise in a tailspin and completely out of the picture.  I like how we match up against the Jets and think we have a good chance to knock them down ourselves in 10 days, so I'd like to see Pats taken completely out of the picture.

Or if the Pats win they could go into QB purgatory which to me is worse than bottoming out. As if they bottom out I could see them trading Mac Jones to the 49ers to a mid round pick and grabbing another QB in the 1st Round this year which arguably a better class than when Jones came out.

The 49ers had a shot to draft Jones and went for the athletic dude with a rocket arm. They are trying desperately to move on from pocket passes. Jones is a dinosaur at the QB position

because they debated over him and Trey Lance supposedly as thus far Mac been far better than Lance. Toss in Jimmy G an UFA after this season.

Two years later, would you want Jones or Lance?

I wish the NFL were like the WWE. Jets and Pats duking it out and then the shout song comes over the loud speaker and the bill rush out of the tunnel and destroy them both. Josh leaps over a couple dudes, stuff arms a couple others while Miller goes from sideline to sideline spearing dudes.

Lance. His potential is very high. Jones is already getting replaced by Zappe who is at best Gardner Minshew

They've never debated Lance over Jones. That is all media. Shanny was trying to find Josh Allen after watching him torch his defense in 2020

It is too like the WWE with fixed games.

I don't know why, but I'll pick the Jets.

Bonus: That will set them and their insufferable fans up for a huge let-down next week in New Jersey.

Lmao some of us are wanting a bad season so Kraft forces either A. Bill to retire or B. Force him get actual offensive minded people running the O.

I would see LV wanting him more. Jones played very well in McDaniels O last year… definitely better than Carr is now.

It's North Jersey. There would be destruction, gridlock, general lawlessness. In short, you wouldn't really notice.

I was talking about NFL scheduling.  Without those two teams Bills would have less wins and NFL would likely make Bills play other teams which would have better chance of beating Bills.
