BuffaloBillyG Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Just now, Greg S said: Sauce is the real deal. Earlier this year he did well going up against Chase and Burrow. Allen and Diggs will make plays, but Sauce will probably play them tough. Unfortunately, the Jets got themselves a really good corner. He is and he's one of the rare players on divisional teams that I enjoy watching. And while Chase and Burrow are great together they are completely different than Diggs and Allen. If Burrow doesn't have time then Chase can't get free deep which is their bread and butter. Burrow isn't exactly great at extending the play like Allen is. There will be plays where Diggs absolutely shakes Sauce out of his shoes. I would expect the young CB to make some plays as well but I think over the course of the game Diggs will provide some great learning lessons for Sauce. 1 Quote
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 a tie? would that help as I don't want either to win. honestly, I want the pats to continue to fall, I'm not at all concerned about the jets going to 6-2. the real question is will brady quit after being beat by the ravens tonight and falling to 3-5? 1 Quote
Captain Hindsight Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I bet the Patriots win. Without Breece Hall the Jets are going to struggle to move the ball. Wilson sucks when pressured "When pressured in 2022, Wilson has completed 5 of 31 passes (16%) for 54 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions. He’s been sacked eight times for a loss of 54 yards, giving him a net total of zero yards when pressured." https://jetsxfactor.com/2022/10/24/ny-jets-qb-zach-wilson-struggle/ Get to Wilson and you win easily. As much as the Pats* have struggled this year, Belicheck knows how to get pressure to bad QBs 19 minutes ago, DaBillsFanSince1973 said: a tie? would that help as I don't want either to win. honestly, I want the pats to continue to fall, I'm not at all concerned about the jets going to 6-2. Neither am I. Even if they make the playoffs, that offense is going to putrid with out Breece Hall 1 2 Quote
DasNootz Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Pats win - it gives some breathing room in the conference and keeps them more irrelevant when the draft comes around. Lets hope they suffer 20 years of 7 to 8 win seasons. 1 Quote
Roundybout Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I would prefer the Pats to get the Jets another loss. Definitely more possible too because Wilson is awful and won't be able to lean on Hall. I think Robinson is a good get. He had a really good 2020 season. But he's not as explosive as Hall was. Quote
gobills404 Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Jete. Want the pats to keep getting kicked while their down and it will let Jete fans get their hopes wayyyyyy too high before crashing down to earth. 1 Quote

If it's the one from Monday night, then probably not. While he is no Breece, Michael Carter is a pretty good back. Quote
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I don’t think the Pats are good. I think the Jets have much better young talent on their team. They have a very bad (but he deserves this year) qb who will hold them back. so I don’t fear either team and I hope they both lose. Quote

I think the patriots offense at this juncture is probably still better than the jets with the recent injuries. The Jets defense seems to be playing really well though, and whether Bill likes it or not, teams seem to give NE their best shot lately. Quote
sirebors Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I think what might actually be best for Buffalo is for the Jets to win and for them to somehow get in the playoffs. I would prefer the Jets got in and possibly keep any of the Chargers, Ravens, Titans, Bengals, or Dolphins out. 2 Quote
PrimeTime101 Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 This fan base still has a ton of hate towards NE and their fan base lol. The hate is real. That being said... we need NE to win this and Jets need to get off their high horse ASAP. Confidence is the key to greatness and right now... the Jets are a Confident team. 1 1 Quote
Virgil Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I will never root for the Pats. Think about the next level of despair the Pats fans will reach when even the Jets start smacking them around 1 Quote
klos63 Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 We used to call these injury games, but that's not a nice thing to root for now. You have to pull for the Patriots to win based on the standings, which is the most important part of the regular season. Quote
Homey D. Clown Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 What I'd like to see at halftime is Mr. Were-on-to-cincinatti to have shat his pants with uncontrollable montezuma's revenge, and clap-happy, run-on-the-field-for-every-tackle Saleh to have burst a blood vessel in both eyes. At halftime. Fingers crossed! 3 Quote
Never NEVER Give-up Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 3 hours ago, CSBill said: I don't know why, but I'll pick the Jets. Bonus: That will set them and their insufferable fans up for a huge let-down next week in New Jersey. Or . . . if (God-Forbid) the Bills stumble against the Jets, then we'll need to put up with the insufferable Jets fans and will also have a real division race on our hands. No thanks, I'll root for 3-4 to beat 5-2! Remember how insufferable Boston fans were - that didn't happen until they won a Super Bowl. Jets fans - they become insufferable when they have a couple more wins than losses! The Bills beat KC and the big national story is how the Jets and Giants are doing . . . 1 Quote
BillyBilliams Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 I'm not "rooting" but I'd like the Patriots to win. Not because I want to have a cushion for the division lead. I want the Patriots to continue to get that mediocre 7-10 or 8-9 record so they are in QB purgatory for the next 2 decades. 1 Quote
Albany,n.y. Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 When you get a chance to put a stake in the heart of a blood sucking vampire you do it when you can or regret it forever. Time to kill the Patriots and take care of the Jets ourselves on 11/6. J-E-T-S on Sunday 10/30. 1 Quote
KHAN Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Conventional wisdom tells me I want the Jets to lose. My gut says every Pats loss eats away just a little of whatever soul Bill has left. 1 Quote
BuffaloBaumer Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 2 best points I have read so far... Jets win so they get into the playoffs and take that spot from someone else Pats win so they end up with that middling record and have no shot at a QB in the draft 1 Quote
