Beast Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 I have no worries for Tua’s health. He’s a grown man and can make decisions for himself if he is cleared medically. There is enough information/concern out there that him taking the field is because he 100% wants to. He’s not taking the field again while being ignorant about the dangers. I respect any man’s decision to do so or to not do so. 1 Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 The problem is there is no real science on concussions and being cleared to play. All that is known is repeated concussions are more likely to have long term consequences and the shorter the time between concussions probably the worse the long term issues. But there is no good quantifiable test to figure out that risk. The fact the Dolphins won't admit us he had a concussion against the Bills and having another only a few days later is dangerous. He should be sitting for a much longer time. Another shot to the head in the next few weeks may be permanently life altering. Quote
