JY422 Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 As we’ve discussed in the past… the ESPN QBR system is wildly flawed. how in the world is Jalen Hurts’ a 65 for his 60%, 155yds, 6yds pa, 2td game and Josh is a 60 with 67%, 329yds, 8yds pa, 3td game? the “fumble” is the only semi-reasonable answer I can find and even that seems unreasonable. Utterly ridiculous ratings system that sports pontificators will use at the end of the season to show Hurts is somehow more deserving of MVP votes. The Wiz Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 I get the feeling that QBR is at the low end of things that people look at for the MVP race. Wins, yards, TDs, INTs, passer rating are at the top. Everyone knows QBR is an ESPN stat that doesn't mean much. Quote
prissythecat Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 QBR was made for QBs like Tim Tebow who just win lol. Quote

I guess the two neel downs hurt Allen??? Edited October 17, 2022 by Billsfan1972 Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 How about the season QBR? Throwing out Tua who has played 2.5 games less than all other QB's Allen leads the NFL at 75.5 Hurts is 7th at 59.7 Allen's QBR for yesterday does seem ridiculously low. But it's one game and he still leads the NFL. So all is right. QBR is no more flawed than passer rating. IMO, QBR matches up with my eyes more often than not than passer rating. Quote
