Why would you do this? I can't watch a single play. It immediately puts me in the same place that Forward Lateral or Brett Hulls "goal" puts me.

OP makes a good point.. We all know changes were made on Defense, but it’s worth pointing out just how ineffective the ‘21 DL was against legit QB’s and power run teams. 

 

If that Defense had to play this years schedule, they may be a Top 10ish Defense, but there is no way they are #1.  The Defensive Line was a weak link… looking back at the vets we let walk and how young everyone else was, it’s even more apparent after watching five games of this years Defensive Line.

I watched as well. Great game. Unfortunate ending. This years D is so much better against the run and pressure against the QB. I don’t think it’ll be a shoot out in fact the game will be close going into the 4th. That’s when Josh really excels and this D gets the big stop. Bills by 10

If we cleared KC I think we would have won it all. 

 

1. If Tre White played that game against KC do we win?

2. If the game was in Buffalo do we win that game against KC?

 

I don't get bolded at all? Our D was a top unit last year statistically if people like it or not. There was enough pieces between the O and D last year to win it all. 

 

Absolutely, the D line is way better now and I hope sky is the limit. Windows are weird in the NFL as injuries play such a huge, huge roll. I don't want to even mention key players on our team needing to stay healthy when it's playoff time this year.

It means coming off the AFC championship loss (Diggs gazing into red and yellow confetti blah blah blah), it was Bills’ moment to ascend. Allen’s biggest game to date. 
 

The manner in which they choked that moment away still resonates, making the replays unbearable and tomorrow’s game already nauseating.

It wasn’t that Harry was bad…it was that the collection of DT’s the Bills were rolling with (Harry, Star, Butler et al) was so blah many fans thought Harry was a must re-sign.  I’d say things turned out pretty well with Jones, Settle and Jordan.

I had the exact same thought. I saw Efe Obada on the field in the third quarter. There were several players on last years D who were solid but not great. Feel like those have been replaced, while others have taken a step forward in their development.

I stop watching after the last touchdown pass to Davis with 13 secs left. And I pretend we won.
