finn Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 You ever notice that no one ever criticizes Mahomes? At the most, it's "He had a bad game, but..." It's like his early success inoculated him, so, like Brady, he is out of bounds. Thou shalt not criticize the Holy One. 1 1 Quote

I don't know what it is about his throws that makes it hard for defenders to catch it. He should have way more INT's. Edited October 14, 2022 by MJS 1 1 Quote
machine gun kelly Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 One of his tendencies due to his self confidence is to keep rolling back and back and back thinking he’ll escape. If they contain him we could have huge losses from the LOS. I’ve seen him do it before like the Bucs SB and others. The key with Von and GROOT, are contain those edges, and Oliver and Phillips penetrate up the middle so he keeps going back and back. Jones and Settle set the interior with lots of plugging gaps so the RB’s have nowhere to run up the middle. This game is very winnable. It will be a freakin nail biter from minute 1-60 or longer if we go to overtime. 35-31 Bills! Skewer the Chefs! 1 Quote

Winning a Super Bowl and being consistently good will do that for you. 🤷♂️ 3 1 Quote

Bills win the Super Bowl this year, Josh should absolutely be in this category with how he's played these past three seasons. Quote

The vast majority of the media has him there already. I think a big chunk people just love to think the Bills are picked on, it is not true with Allen anymore. There were a lot of detractors for the first few seasons of Allen's career. The career stats favor Mahomes by a lot, last three years its closer but how do you break the tie? Head to head in playoffs? Super bowls? Just win the Super Bowl! That is all that is left to do. 1 Quote
Kellyhero68 Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 Two of those fumbles were against a delayed Blitzer, hopefully the Bills watched these. Edmunds, or Milano on a delayed Blitz would make a tasty scoop and score TD. 1 Quote

No I don't wish the Bills had Mahomes, it's just the numbers from PFR. Edited October 14, 2022 by Matt_In_NH Quote

Doc Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 There's that Subway commercial where Barkley says "I thought he never fumbles." Liars! Quote
folz Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 In two different interviews this week Von discussed the bad roughing the passer calls. He said the way he avoids it is to always go for the ball. He's not looking to kill the QB, but to get a strip/sack/fumble. Hopefully this is the mindset of all of the Bills' defenders this week. Contain Mahomes in the pocket and go for that ball. Maybe they can get Patrick to cough one up. 1 Quote

They were failed to be wrapped up because the defender was going for the football. Quote
