An all time great, everyone should have a friend like Mike Schank.  If you enjoy documentaries, especially those focusing on real human beings, do yourself a favor and watch American Movie tonight.

I've never heard of this documentary, but just read about it at length at Wikipedia.

 

My man Roger Ebert gave it 4 out of 4 stars.

I watched it in its entirety last night.

 

It really is worth your time to check it out and spend a little time getting to know these people.

 

I found it thoroughly entertaining and interesting.

 

Mike is a solid dude, but unfortunately, he is what happens to you when you do too many psychedelics.
