Yea I don’t want a diva that can’t medically play - to come and play (but not play) for the bills.

This whole thing is non sensical.

What if the Bills are offering up a deal that is for the rest of this year and next year.   We don't expect much this year, hope for some playoff games.

After the Superbowl, the Bills could entertain offers to move G Davis- because his situation is dicey.  Move him if they can get a 2nd for him.  Use a high draft pick on a WR who can be brought in as an understudy to OBJ in 2023.

The contract could be incentive laden for this season.  I don't know what they would offer for next year.  Of course there is risk involved.

This is priceless.

First, I doubt you can afford him, and that you’ve actually interviewed him. Even better you are not a coach or GM and have nothing to do with an NFL team.

Second, you know nothing about his personality or how he is on a sideline, in a huddle, at practice or in the locker room. Rams wanted him back, NY Giants would like him back, former teammates want him on their team and the Bills players want him.

Point is, fans don’t have a say and none of us have any clue as to what type of teammate he is or his personality. If the players want him, that’s good enough for me.

What, I don't have a say in the players that the Bills acquire?

Ah fudge... I thought Madden was REAL football.

Von posted this 31 min ago on instagram dont know if it means anything at all but who knows

Somewhere someone posted that Jordan poyer said something about OBJ being in buffalo...but then said it may have been accidental. I realize as I was typing this that it sounds so "nothing" but who knows maybe poyer slipped up and said something true here. Who knows. I just want it to be over one way or another. I'm drawn in and such a victim. Lol

I have total sympathy for the Cowboys players quoted upthread who talked about it being a “circus”

It seems the guy is not ready to play this season, so why not just finish healing up, get right, and enter FA like the rest of the guys?

He’s too special for that….

People can be annoyed at OBJ for making this a circus, if you think he did that … I don’t.

He went to visit the Giants.  Low key.

He went to visit the Bills.  Low key.

He went to visit the Cowboys.  They paraded him around like an escort and then proceeded to leak medical info and trash him after he left.

I could be wrong but if Von was in Dallas on Monday and having exploratory surgery yesterday, would Miller really be back to Buffalo already?

I'm sure it's among the 100 pages, but Jerry was saying his medical status was in doubt and he might not even be available for the playoffs. I about puked watching the Giants / Cowboys on Turkey day and just washing them wash OBJ's manhood all game replaying his catch and talking about him incessantly. He probably broke his Tivo rewind button and ran out of lubrication. Dude is in his 30's and he doesn't have 1,000 yards combined in his last two seasons. I JUST DON'T GET IT.

Seems likely at this point. Nobody is going to roll the dice with him at if he can’t contribute this year. There’s a lot more options for all the possible teams when looking towards the next 2 years.

OBJ is trying to get his best deal. If Poyer was right and he's back in Buffalo, it's to say "here's what Dallas offered, can you beat it?"

He'll probably go back to Giantland, if he's even remotely interested in playing there and have the same talk.

Jerry making chess moves to sow doubt to impact other teams offers and lower the amount he will likely end up paying.

That's how I see it anyway.

I could be wildly mistaken, but in this day and age, I don’t know why the player would be traveling from town to town shopping for the best deal on his contract.

That’s what they have agents for, and videoconferencing, and the ability to share documents on the internet securely.

Sounds like people knew that knee was yolked up after surgery and was quote “a ticking time bomb” last year.

I can’t even imagine playing on that and knowing your knee could very well go at any moment.

He showed enough, imo, to warrant my interest if I’m Buffalo as him being my WR2 for a year or two, and if he can help in the playoffs this year… even better.

It sounds like his knee is in a much better place (surgery/recovery) than last year.

I do get the trepidation though.  I’m certainly not thinking we’re going north of 10-15M per year.  I’m under the assumption the gamble is to get an elite WR2 at a bargain.

He knows his medical status, he acted like a flirtatious 12 year old on social media. Like it was the damn Lebron James signing tour. Months this went on. How didn't he contribute to this d baggery? False advertising and I'm sure some didn't appreciate it.

And of all this guy parading his life around we haven't seen him do anything in public to make us believe he's put in the work and got himself ready to play

Instead it is diva boy posting like a typical sooner.
