The NFL is unpredictable. I’m going to say he signs with the Ravens. These “experts” are always wrong

If you're going unpredictable it'd be more sensible. San Fran or Tennessee. both good teams that need a WR.

Except the Titans aren't actually good

Their records and chances of post season appearance suggest otherwise.

If they can beat 2 of the following: Bengals, eagles, chargers, cowboys they'll be a 5 loss team possibly good enough for a 2 seed. And those would be some good Dubyas. The Titans aren't the same team we played. We most certainly aren't the same team either.

and they’ll be one and done just like they always are because they lack any explosiveness, even when they had AJ Brown. The only reason they’re in the playoffs every year is because that division is a joke. They’re exactly the same team we played, they’re just playing crappy teams and squeaking out wins like they do every season.

He will go to either:

1. Any team that offer a multi year deal with biggish $ and guarantees.  If the Texans or another bad team are the only team making such an offer, he’d go there quickly or

2. A team that offers the best combination of a chance to win and be constantly hyped.  Dallas sits way atop that pile which includes SF, Buffalo, KC and maybe Philly.  I don’t think he goes anywhere other than those 5 teams without a multi year $ contract.

Here's something juicy

YOU BEEN SCAMMED BY VON MILLER & OBJ :D

One reason might be because OBJ has is not ready to play football and will not be medically cleared to play this year!  If he was then what's all the delay in some team and his agent getting a deal done?  We make think up all the excuses in the world but its all speculation here.  I don't know, you don't know, nobody here knows for sure.

There's probably things happening out of the public view but just what they are and with which teams nothing much is leaking out other than he's made some appearances in a couple places.  But if some contender with cap room thinks he's going to be available then make an offer and get the deal done right now.  Outside of not being completely rehabed yet, one of my wild guesses is the drama might be for attention and to jack up the price in some bidding war down the stretch.

Starting to think OBJ thing is nothing but hype.  He was hurt in the Super Bowl.  I think he'll sign a big deal in March when free agency begins and there's more money and more teams available.

I'm sure it has been mentioned in this thread more than once but Tre tore his ACL last Thanksgiving.  OBJ tore his during the Super Bowl.  Are you going to sign the guy for the second half of the Super Bowl?  45 pages for this?  Seems kind of nutty.

This. Just creating a market with fake hype. At this point of his career OBJ is more of a name than a player. If he says team X wants him then it's front page news and creates a false reality that he's in high demand

Chris Godwin tore his ACL/MCL mid December and was back to practice in training camp.

Everyone is different.
