I disagree.  First of all, you are not supposed to be on a plane intoxicated or on drugs, federal law.

Hilarious huh.  I guess you would find it hilarious if you were on that plane and that entitled wasted slob because of his actions made you and everyone else got off the plane.

He needed to put on his seat belt.  They aren’t going anywhere with him unbuckled.
just buckle your belt obj……. The crew didn’t overreact.  They were doing their jobs.

At one point I wanted him on the Bills due to lack of other options.  I don’t want the guy anymore.  He made the entire plane get off the plane because he wouldn’t buckle his seat belt. Talk about entitlement.

This is where I am at.  Even if someone wants to give OBJ the benefit of the doubt that the airline didn't handle it the best way (which that is even debatable), it's how he handled himself after that is unacceptable and inexcusable.

I never thought he would end up in Buffalo, but I was fine with it if he did because I did not worry about him being a locker room distraction.  Teammates in LA and CLE have all spoken up for him on being a good locker room guy, so for me, it was a non-issue.  Then as the season got further along, I started hoping he would come here every time I saw McKenzie not come through, at least until news started coming he was still pretty far away from being ready.

BUTTTTT:  And it's a BIG but...It is not just how you carry yourself when you are around people you see as your peers in that locker room, it's how you handle yourself outside it too.  And seeing that video and how he carried himself and acted towards the other passengers, and then reading Dawkins letter to the fans today...the one thing that is 10000000% obvious is that OBJ does not DESERVE to be in that locker room or part of the Bills family.  He is not worthy of calling these men his peers because they dwarf him in every measure of a man and being a good human.

I have changed my opinion from being "Don't think it would happen, but fine with it if it does" to now "Definitely will never happen, and no way in hell I want him on this team".

Uhhh...what?  Lol.  No offense Gugny, but this post shows we need a "WTF" emoticon of some sorts so we can properly react to it.  The disagree one doesn't always convey the appropriate reaction lol

He's an entitled c*nt. You'd be pissed if you had somewhere to go then that clown pulled this ho :censored: causing you and the rest of the passengers to offboard. Glad he's not here. He doesn't deserve to rep this franchise or fanbase.

Would like to see what you would do if some drunk idiot wouldn't get off the plane so EVERYONE including you needed to deplane and wait for him to be escorted off. You would just get off the plane and not say anything? Traveling is stressful enough without dealing with a clown like this. Then he's going to talk crap to a 70 year old whose only crime was saying to get off the plane? Disgusting

The Flight Attendants have Police Power. It is against the law to disobey a directive given by a member of the Flight Crew.

If they perceive a potential problem or danger, it is best to deal with it, while the Plane is still on the ground.

Fçuk around, and find out...

It's not even that. The dude had the some soft ass cops ask him to deboard. He refused. He made the entire plane late for the arrival. Didn't even get a slap on the wrist.

He should be banned from the airline. Face a fine by the FAA. Pay for lost travel times by others. Pay for any additional fees in general.

This should go for anyone. Not just ObitchJ

What was the legal reason for taking everyone off the plane again?    I've seen disorderly people taken off planes by themselves before.    What's he going to do?   Pull out his nail clippers from his carry on and go on a killing spree?   Makes no sense to me.   Sounds like the cop had the authority to make the FA's de-plane everyone and called their bluff thinking they'd just let it be rather than do that.   The people arguing that he MADE everyone de-plane..........well no, the cops made everyone de-plane.    What a weird situation.

I'm not expect but I'd bet liability if someone got injured in a tussel.

It seems pretty likely that the crew overreacted in asking him to be taken off the plane, he also could have handled it better - he'd have a lot more sympathy if he had just gotten off the plane and then put the airline on blast for how they treated him.

That applies to all kinds of public "paying customer" situations then though.........stores, bars and restaurants, stadiums.  Like I said, I think the cop thought he would call the flight attendant's bluff and the passengers got the shaft.     I get making him get off the plane but he's not on a terrorist watch list.......just have the cops drag him off if need be.

I’ve been in HUNDREDS of flights in my life and never got close to turbulence that bad. Again….1%.

However I watched the video after I posted that and OBJ was dead wrong for making everyone get off the plane. Being under the influence of whatever is no excuse…he was aware of what was happening and made a conscious decision. Smh.

There was a point at which I wanted him to join the team.

Then came the circus.

Then it got worse.

Now I would be legitimately upset if we threw him one single dollar to be on the team.

It’s not just enroute.  There’s a reason the FAA requires seatbelts on takeoff and landing.

Just highlighting this for a few posters who seem to be cheerfully/willfully ignorant of this relevant tidbit.
