Don't like it. But from refs angle he landed full body weight on him. This is the Aaron Rodgers rule. This isn't as egregious as the commentators are making it sound.

The problem with that rule is what the hell else can the defender do? He came from behind and was trying to tackle him. KC getting screwed by that call.

I agree with you.  But somehow he is not supposed to land on him with full weight.  It's not realistic. 

But he is allowed to spin him instead and tap his head into the turf.
