Jerome007
That Josh would have some games with tons of yards I never questioned, even as so many people on here lamented that "he still didn't have a 300yo game yet". His arm strength alone would ensure that one of these days, he'd have tons of yards in a game. The beauty now is that he's doing it consistently and not just by being a wild gunslinger. But the Squeelers couldn't keep it close. Maybe against the Chefs.... I saw your Van Brocklin comment and lol’d, was at the game and someone in our group made that exact comment. The surrounding Yinzers we were trapped in had no clue of course. Pretty sure he’s not secretly you, but you may have SBC (shared brain cell) The Yinzers were chirpy for maybe 5 minutes of game time : the opening kickoff and first 2 plays, perking up on the blocked figgie and their 3 point drive up till the toe was OB. Then they were quiet and depressed. Glorious.

Glorious, indeed!
ExiledInIllinois
Yeah... But it's still one game at a time. Hope throwing these darts, bullseyes 🎯 gets other teams to think twice when watching film. Open other things up.

When it was on the Pitt 24, Josh had 324... we said "it's a shame he won't be able to get to 350, he'll probably finish with 348" just before the snap of the Shakir TD. Also correctly predicted that Josh would get benched by the fourth quarter for not getting enough first downs and killing the team on time of possession. TBH sitting among that blob of yinzer black (with the occasional alternate rugby jersey) made it that much better. There were some who kept perspective, i.e. on the Levi interception ("let us have this one, we know we're gonna get rolled but at least we made one play"). Yeah, it was pretty great. And because everyone started rolling out with about 10 minutes left, got home in a relative jiffy. Just a great day.

Coach McD learned in playoffs last year that players can be blown out in blowouts. 2 hours ago, TBBills said: Yea but I heard a little pee makes the stinging go away. That's not getting a ton of attention right now because of the Dolphins blemish on our schedule which may actually be a good thing because the team doesn't need that undefeated pressure on top of being SB favorites. The scary part is that aside from the vets and players in their prime, they have several high potential young players on this team that have room to keep improving throughout the season too. They’re so balanced and talented on both offense and defense that I think they’re going from challenging, competitive practices to games where the opposing teams aren’t as tough as what they face in practice. Imagine facing Josh Allen in practice to Kenny Pickett on Sunday, and vice versa for the offense. Sundays may be easier than practice. The phrase iron sharpens iron comes to mind. Let’s say the Bills beat down Miami people would have been talking about this team going 17-0 each week as they pile up dominating wins. With one loss on the books it at least takes that element of pressure off.
Augie
18 hours ago, BillsFan619 said: McD preaches complementary football. The Bills are playing on another level. It’s more like complementary domination so far. The Bills have a point differential of 91 points. To put that into perspective, the two teams with the second highest point differential are the Eagles and 49ers at 47 points. The Bills almost double that total. Get this, if KC wins by 21 points over the Raiders tomorrow their differential will only be 54 points. Our defense is tied with the 49ers for the lowest points surrendered in the NFL at 61 points. You could argue that if our offense didn’t gift the opposing offense two very short fields (starting inside the ten yard line both times) in back to back games that our defense would only have given up 47 points at this point. I digress though. Moving on. Our offense has scored 152 points. That’s an average of 30.4ppg vs. 12.2ppg. We’re outscoring our opponents by a 2.5 times margin. This is all being done while supposedly being in the harder part of our schedule. We’ve played the Super Bowl champs, the #1 AFC seed from last year (and still the current #1 team in their division) and also the current #1 team in the AFC North division. This is also all being done with the rash of injuries to start the season. Yep, complementary domination at its finest. Go Bills. Bring on KC. And yet, if we don’t win the Super Bowl…..the “hot seat crowd” will come out of the woodwork and wonder whether we should tear it all down. We all know that is true. Dr.Sack
If we stay dominant on both lines of scrimmage we will dominate.
